Easy repeat transaction

Easy repeat transaction - just a couple of clicks and then input the amount.
They give a date for expected delivery and then follow up with email when cheque is deposited.

Processing seems to take too long?

The initial processing seems to take too long. Does my payment process right away? Or is it a slow process? Someone please explain to me? When I make my payment to my vendor through Plastiq, does Plastiq take the payment right away?

I made 3 payments to the CRA and…

I made 3 payments to the CRA and somehow when sending them they ended up with the wrong information and when I called to see if I could have them look into where my payments went or to have the information corrected, they gave me no option and guided me to call the CRA and see if they were received. I again asked them to look on their end to see if they were received because i don't believe ii is up to the CRA to tell me if they were received or not and they wont be able to correct the mistakes. They again differed me to call the CRA. I just want my payments canceled so I can get the right information on the payments and get them sent off. Horrible service and can't talk to someone over the phone, no option for that either. I just want straight up answers, not computer generated talk or emails, just get to the source of the problem and get it fixed. Horrible Horrible experience and not good help.

I would like to thank the customer…

I would like to thank the customer service department for helping solve a problem with me making a mistake with an address for paying my mortgage. The address changed and l forgot to change it in the Plastiq portal. Plastiq refunded the funds back to my Mastercard.

We selected Plastiq

We selected Plastiq, as we did last year, to pay our last-minute taxes to the CRA. This was done in a timely manner with no problems. Plastiq sent us emails every step of the way and gave us peace of mind that the amounts owed were paid by the due date.

Took so much time

Took so much time
Immediately withdraw the money, that is correct, but take a long time (almost a week) to deposit it to the final destination. It is not a great solution when you are in a hurry. But it is the only way that the school gets the tuition money.

They refunded a valid payment to a contractor claiming that I was paying myself. The customer service is awful and there is no phone support.
