Terrible service

Terrible service. I attempted to pay my
Rent via a wire transfer , submitted the payment on June 28 , plastiq customer service states it was delivered but company still hasn’t received it. Cant even talk to a real person on the phone. Point of a wire transfer is that it’s supposed to be fast and easy.

Awwwwwfulll!!

Awwwwwfulll!!! Stay away. They hold on to your money forever and dont deliver payment. Days later they cancel the transaction for some ridiculous reason and then you have to wait another 7 to 10 days again to get your refund, all the while you are unable to use the funds they are holding. and their fees are exorbitant. Horrible company. Stay away

Absolute garbage app that does not…

Absolute garbage app that does not deliver what is advertise. All the transactions that I do kept being cancelled, because "they dont allow peer to peer transfer" I am like wth? I am paying a licensed General contractor that did work on my roof. He has a legitimate company that is easily found and google and all. How can this possibly be peer to peer? I have never been able to send even 1 successful transaction so I deleted the app. complete waste of time!!!

Like your money held hostage? Use Plastiq!

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use this service. My wire transfer is now over a week late with zero communication from customer service.
Don’t bother emailing support, account services, or any of the other bogus emails they mention here because *spoiler alert* they don’t respond back. EVER.
Nearly a thousand dollars are being held in their purgatory with my vendor holding my shipment overseas, severely crippling me.
Wanna make things right, @plastiq? Expedite my refund today.

Late Wire Transfer

My first and only payment is arriving 3-4 days late. It's a wire transfer, all digital. What could the delay possibly be?

Slow to unresponsive customer service.

Looks like you have to write a poor Trustpilot review to get any attention from their CS team, which is a shame. They claim a 'less than one business day' turnaround on email, which has proven patently untrue, and don't even provide a phone number for recourse. I would avoid!

BAD Service & Con Artists, Stay Away From Them!

Terrible Service & Con Artists, they offered me a promo, use their service for X amount to receive a free gift card.(NO STARS)After doing so, they added a hidden clause. Now they will not give me the "free" gift card. Such bad company. Ban them, so they will go bankrupt. They should not be in business!! Stay away from them, they are corrupt! Shut them down!!

If I could give zero stars- I would.
Save yourself USE A DIFFERENT company!!

You will never talk to a person… if for some reason you need a refund, they give up on you REAL quickly… still waiting 15+ days later. Don’t do it!

Wasted a week trying to use their…

Wasted a week trying to use their service. They Asked for documentation, we provided documents they requested. They asked for more and we supplied more. After 4 days they stated they cannot do the payment transfer. Wasted 4 days and yeah we get our money back 3-5 days. So 7-9 days wasted and waiting for a refund. Use with caution.

I have discontinued your service

I have discontinued your service. It is now a hassle to get into my account/ your app to pay my One bill a month and your prices and fees went up to an exorbitant rate which is not worth my time or my money thank you

You cannot speak to anybody and the emails are a few days late. If your running a business I would look into other platforms. Paying vendors is not as easy as they say it is.
