Pond plants arrived alive, beautifully packed! Plants were healthy and green, even starting to put out babies. Very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend.

The heads up on when new plants are available really helpful. I was delighted to find some Frogbit this year. The plants are packaged beautifully. The delivery service takes account of any holidays to make sure you're there to receive it. The plants were in fabulous condition and are all thriving.

We did originally have a problem with our order, which arrived promptly but had obviously suffered by travelling in the extreme heat we were experiencing.
We took a photo as advised and Lucy got back to me straight away, agreeing that it probably was the heat and they would arrange a replacement for us.
When dealing with live plants and erratic weather conditions, it is inevitable that there may be problems, but if the company is happy to replace and it is easy to communicate with a helpful human being it makes a huge difference. Our replacement came in good time and we were kept in touch with what was happening. The new plants are settling well in the pond now. I would be very happy to use this company again.

Plants for Ponds has a very comprehensive range of plants with clear information on what will work in a particular size pond and its location. I only have a small pond but already a frog has appeared. The plants I ordered arrived quickly and were very carefully packed. They are already thriving and blooming.

Plant arrived in very poor condition. Its in my pond maybe it will recover.

My order arrived as arranged. It was well packaged and in good condition. I wasn't able to deal with it immediately so it was a few days before I got it potted up in a basket and into the pond. I follwed the online instructions. It was a water hawthorn. While I was happy to see new leaves on the surface of the pond, I was thrilled to see a flower only 5-6 weeks after planting.
I find this company very reliable and the plants are of excellent quality and in good condition. With good advice on all aspects of pond maintenance.

I ordered 5 bunches but only 4 were really full - one was tiny and could not really be called a bunch like the others.

I recently ordered 10 snails for our pond - both trapdoor and ramshorn. Remarkable to have them arrive in the post, carefully packaged so they travelled well. I transferred them to the pond, and watch them wander off completely happy…!! Totally easy and positive.

Excellent from start to finish and the plants were far superior to another well known specialist supplier I unfortunately used before. All plants arrived well packaged, have settled in quickly and many have started to flower. I would recommend this company to anyone. They even said they would hold my order while away if necessary. What's not to like?!

I have been using this company for several years after unsuccessfully using others who would send inferior plants.However those of "plants for ponds" are excellent! They are packaged carefully and always arrive in great condition. If ever the need arises to make contact there is always a speedy and helpful reply.
