Amazing
It was the best thing I could’ve asked for the projects felt like I’ve actually had an impact in something and the people I’ve met throughout this trip are the most amazing people. All the country were really beautiful and to be able to experience the different countries were fantastic.

Thailand 2026 real experience
Great first travel experience!! Most people had similar travel ambitions and were the same age making it easy to make friends and enjoy the activities. Great mix between planned activities and free time.

PMGY Sri Lanka Real Experience
The PMGY Sri Lanka Real Experience was amazing! We had a lovely tour guide called Ishan for the 2 weeks of travelling and we got to see and do so much, giving us a real insight into the Sri Lankan culture and way of life. The volunteering was also a great opportunity to give back to the locals and help where we could. It was all so much fun, and I’d definitely recommend to anyone!

The experience was Great not perfect
The experience was Great not perfect. Guides were very helpful and all the volunteers were great to be around but there wasn't a lot of teaching in the Nepali monasteries you spent more time stopping kids from fighting really, however it gives you lots of patience. Definitely recommend going to Nepal but don't expect everything to be smooth, you'll need lots of cash, don't rely on cards to pay for things. And expect to fend for yourself especially once you're settled in a monastery or the volunteer house. Which is perfect if you want to actully grow and prefer being independent.

Bali Volunteering
I had an amazing time in Bali with PMGY!
An experience I will never forget!
For the first week I taught local children and did wildlife projects.
The second week I explored Bali.
The highlights for me was watching the sunrise at Mount Batur.
The PMGY staff were all wonderful especially Indra!
Would definitely recommend!

Sri Lanka school trip 2026
I took 44 pupils (aged 15-18) on a volunteering trip to Sri Lanka in July 2026. We stayed for 14 days in total and had the most incredible experience. Ashika and his team went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable to and to make sure we all had an amazing experience. We spent time renovating a local temple, spent time at a sea turtle conservation programme, time teaching at an education programme and time teaching and renovating a girls home. We also were able to experience cultural activities every evening which our pupils loved. We also did some sight seeing during our stay and had the opportunity to see other parts of Sri Lanka including a safari, elephant orphanage, waterfalls, tea plantations, Buddhist temples and little Adam’s peak. We had the best experience from start to finish and cannot thank Ashika enough for everything he did for us during our stay and to Philip for helping us to get there. We felt very safe and accommodated throughout. All accommodation we stayed in was spacious and clean, the food was lovely and all staff were extremely friendly. We can’t wait to come back! I would highly recommend using PMGY for a school group and intend to use them again in the future! Thank you for the best experience and the memories :)

I had the best volonter experience of my lofe with pmgy
It was great, the people were extremely nice and vishy was very helpful, not only during the week while we did volonter work but also during the week end, he helped us plan the entire trip.
The place where u stay in is also comfortable, the room have ac and the service for, for example, washing your closes is quick and efficient.

Skala marine conservation experience
I participated in the volunteering program of marine conservation with wildlife sense in Greece (Skala). I had a very nice experience where I met a lot of new friends that had my same interests and enthusiasm for this trip. I participated for two weeks during my summer holidays and had the opportunity to see turtles and fishes, have fun and discover the island and help a cause I value a lot. The staff was very helpful during the volounteering hours and always suggested nice group activities for the late evening.

Sea Turtle Conservation in Greece
I had a lovely experience volunteering for two weeks with Wildlife Sense in Kefalonia. During nesting season there were two types of shifts: harbour shifts and beach surveys. Beach surveys started at 5:30 am and involved cycling to different beaches in search of turtle tracks and potential nests. Harbour surveys involved monitoring the behaviour of turtles near the Argostoli harbour. The accommodation was nice - mostly rooms of four (two bunk beds) with a little kitchen to cook meals. There was plenty of free time to go to the beach and explore Kefalonia with your friends! The people there were so lovely, and I am eager to return for hatchling season next year!

PMGY Vietnam
Had the best time with PMGY Vietnam (VPV) this summer! I spent two weeks with them completing a medical placement at the Viet Duc University Hospital. PMGY provided a comfortable homestay, with bunk beds, free laundry and three cooked meals a day. It was such a friendly environment - I met a lot of lovely people and made lots of new friends from across the world doing various projects in Hanoi, many of whom I traveled with on the weekends. The PMGY staff were wonderful and welcoming, introducing us to the culture and traditions of their country, recommending local spots, and even giving us a Vietnamese lesson! 10/10 experience - would totally recommend!
