Very attractive photobook, well produced. Quick delivery. A great memory of our year.
However, it is very expensive, particularly adding extra pages at £1 each.

I've used Photobox lots of times and sing your praises, but I've just tried to start a new book and it seems like things have changed. The flow of creating a new book, uploading pictures and text is a bit disjointed and not as easy as it was before

Photos came back earlier than expected. Really lovely prints and fantastic service. Will definitely use again.

I always enjoy making a new photo book, its a hobby of mine & has been for many years, I like the tools available to manipulate the images and get the best out of them, I also use the books as scrap books so lots of small details go in, tickets, receipts, pictures of celebration cards Etc I would like to see a Spell Check on the system

When you do it via mobile the pictures upload you choose size and it then crops pictures. I had a lot of pictures with heads chopped off. I could not see how to view before purchase. I then did it on a lap top after uploading from mobile and saw an edit, I changed the missing head photos to larger size but it defaulted back to smaller size when they arrived it was smaller than I wanted. I found the whole process complicated and disappointed with result. The quality of the final print was good, so will try again. Perhaps it is easier to do photo books rather than just prints. I also only wanted 2 sets photos and had 3, because it kept uploading and I could not see them so did it again.

I recently ordered some multi picture posters to replace some previous ones from Photobox that were a little old and out of date (family pictures).

Whilst my wife and I heeded the picture quality flags and carefully checked each picture fitted, we didn't notice that certain combinations create a small vertical border.

Two of the four posters duly arrived with borders. Checking the proofs they were indeed visible but I contacted Photobox to suggest a flag on the screen to point out any posters that have borders, much like the picture quality notice.

Not only did they listen, they offered to redo the two posters for me. Great product, prompt delivery and superb aftercare....What's not to like?

The quality of the books is always very good. It is easy to upload photos but can be a bit fiddly when ensuring the whole picture is showing when adding photos to a book. The books are produced and dispatched quickly.

The photo books are easy to make and make beautiful photo books.
Once uploaded they are delivered very quickly.
They also make lovely presents.

The thing I love about Photobox is that it affords you the opportunity to be as creative as you wish to be within the limits of your own imagination. I love to start with a blank canvas and mould my creation from start to finish knowing, that whatever the quality of my images, I can rely on the print quality to render my pictures above and beyond.

I am old fashioned in the way that I started my photography days using film and in those days you took your film to be developed and had to wait for your pictures to come back before you could see the result. So to with a photo book the wait for the result holds the same excitement.

I am always impressed by the clarity, colour and quality of the print that photobook provides which allows me to showcase my work with confidence.

I will always recommend photobox for its all round consistency and quality backed by its no quibble guarantee.

I’ve been using this app for years and us my go to app when I’ve been on holiday or had a special event to make a photo book

I ordered a picture I took myself on 2nd August and received a message on 4th August stating it had been delayed.
After another week I contacted them via their chat.
Another order was raised, no confirmation email or anything. However, checking the tracker it states it is in transit since 17th August.
So an order on 2nd August, nothing to see for it but 2 tracking messages.
1 on the 7th August saying still in transit and one on 17th saying still in transit.
No communication and no product but £65 sat in someone elses bank account.
Awful customer service.
Now looking for a similar provider to get what I want and a refund from this awful company.

Very pleased with my recent purchase. Website very easy to use and very quick delivery. I have had several orders that I have been very happy with.

It is hard to beat Photobox Photo books. Once you become familiar with the software it provides plenty of opportunities to personalise your photo book. Sadly, Photobox no longer offer 3.5 inch by 5 inch prints. I go to Snapfish for smaller prints.

I have used Photobox many times years, I lake the quality & the customer service provided. I have two issues, I am unable to download your new online app as my computer is not suitable. Feel it should be available. More importantly, as usual I am extremely frustrated by your pricing policy, it is continually changing & I find it most frustrating not knowing when to purchase. I am a long term loyal customer & shouldn’t have to go though this everytime.

Been using Photobox for 25 years for canvas prints and photobooks of my family growing up. Can’t fault them. Excellent value.

Do not rely on their arrival times for posting. Even if you pay for the fastest delivery mode, they say the dates are estimates. In my case, they sent the finished product to the Royal Mail on the day it was due to be delivered to me. Hence I did not receive it. It was for a friend's birthday and arrived several days later. They refused an apology or refund and said that their delivery dates were estimates. Avoid. I will not be using them again.
