Easy to use and a great end product. Great quality of photo production. Definitely the way to keep memories alive.

I find Photobox quality exceptional , especially as l like Matt finish not gloss . The website isn’t that easy to discover things , like the Matt finish … but lve used this firm before, so l know it is there..
The no advertising is great on the packaging , so if one was to post the photos to a loved one , you can use the substantial envelope to post them on .
I will continue to use Photobox for the quality ..

I first used Photobox over ten years ago and really enjoyed the experience of editing my album A couple of years ago there were changes to the website which were very difficult to use. Now it is fantastic again. Very user friendly with many options in editing my own album. Just completed two and ready to complete my third. A great experience.

Had a problem with my delivery when one of my albums went missing in post. Photobox replied quicly to my email and replaced my album. Super happy. Thank you.

I recently used Photobox to print a 35th Wedding Anniversary book, with our pictures from a holiday to Costa Rica.

Ordered my print on the 4th August, money went out on the next day. It's now the 25th and no sign of my purchase. I'm not a happy bunny.

The process of creating my photo book was very straightforward. There are two ways of doing it: one where you select the photos and they are placed in the book for you and the other where you position them yourself. The first option is very quick and easy but the photos weren’t placed logically enough for me. The second option takes longer but you put the photos where you want them which I preferred. The result was great. Im really pleased with my photobook. I’ll definitely use this company again.

The end result is amazing but the process is very time consuming when you are using various resources for the album, ie photos from different sources and text. The timelines for the photos don't follow through.
I also felt very insulted by an email which was supposed to acknowledge my past orders by offering me a discount which turned out to be less than was available generally.

Easy to use website. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall a very good service and I will use it again.

Although a good idea to have “Text” option - if you don’t want it then you have to keep manually deleting text space. I should be able to choose at the start if I want to add text or not.

Very attractive photobook, well produced. Quick delivery. A great memory of our year.
However, it is very expensive, particularly adding extra pages at £1 each.
