Simple and smooth transaction. Placed an order online sent my phone off and got my money within the week

I was a bit hesitant about sending my phone in after I saw some negative reviews but they offered the highest amount online so I gave it a go, there was some delays in processing the phone due to back logs but they did honor the full amount and funds were received the same day

They did reduce the price of my phone but later then realized it was my fault as there was a small crack on the screen which p2p pointed out and provided images off. Once agreed the new quote I was paid the same day

Great customer service answered all my queries, and paid the full amount for my phone which took a few days to come after confirmation maybe the holidays have effected the payment clearing, highly recommended

Top notch service, sent my phone of early last month and got the funds just in time for Christmas thanks again, will be recommending

The service did say same day payment however I didn’t receive the same day payment but I still received the full payment and great communication and kept me updated in regards to delays caused by Royal Mail

They offered a very good price for my broken iPhone with a broken screen and back was very surprised full payment was received a week after posting my phone

Scammers. Always top in search/comparison websites. Get phone. Send photos of different phone and lower price considerably. Avoid at all costs

Do not use.
1) first they said they were not paying the rate quoted
2) To make matters worse, payment never arrived.
3) To make worse again, they are now failing to answer phones and emails.....have they went bust???

The customer service was very good and helpful with removing my iCloud account and removing my data, great price paid.

Payment was delayed by a few days but they still paid me a higher price than anyone else so it was worth the wait

Was recommended by a family member, received such a good price for my old broken phone and they even paid for the postage

Sent my phone and got paid 2 weeks later however none of this was down to phones2pounds and they kept me informed and updated with the situation of the strikes, when my phone did arrive I was paid a few days later

Fraud written all over it. I have not received any payment and nobody answers the phone or emails. I have been trying to find out what to do next as they also (like several other customers who have reviewed this company) gave the highest price for my iPhone X, that looked like a brand new phone (thanks to leather cover and screen scratch resistance cover) and cut the price down by £100. I am 100% sure that the photos they sent were not my phone's. They then increased the price gradually to the original price. But, never received any payments. It has been 3 weeks and still waiting. I wonder how to report this fraudulent company to the UK trading standards watchdog. I used MoneySavingExpert site to get to this site. I am going to report it to them as well.

This is a disreputable company and one to avoid. I sent my phone in good faith in excellent condition and was sent a photo of a phone definitely not mine scratched and in such poor condition I don't know how they had the cheek. I was afraid to ask for mine back in case I got the one in the photo so had to accept a lower offer which I am sure is how they make their living!! I am going to report them to fair trades standards as the scammers they are and suggest you do the same.

They seem to have a screen scam going. Probably inline with all phones for cash companies! Every used phone must have some screen burn. Undetectable without really close examination. Mine was certainly in excellent condition . However, they use this to offer a lower price which after several emails was negotiated slightly higher but a lot less than online quote.
Not a company I would use again!
