Waardeloze reparatieservice van Samsung

Samsung garandeert op haar website dat reparatie in de garantieperiode binnen drie dagen wordt uitgevoerd. Vandaag de meest bureaucratie organisatie meegemaakt. Ik kon mijn telefoon in de winkel niet aanbieden dat moest eerst digitaal. Dan kun je een afspraak krijgen om het defect vast te stellen en de onderdelen besteld kunnen worden. Je kunt dan je telefoon weer meekrijgen want de bestelling duurde één (1) week. Dan kon ik weer langs komen om hem te laten repareren als de engineers niet te druk waren. Ben laaiend uit de winkel gelopen en ben naar mijn vertrouwd GSM-punt gereden in Etten-Leur en binnen 15 minuten was de telefoon perfect gerepareerd voor een schappelijke prijsje.
Samsung schaam je!
