Although I haven't purchased a property from Pennyfarthing Homes, I have viewed their properties at the Potters Wood development in Verwood on several occasions and was extremely impressed by the friendly and professional way I was dealt with by Jacki at that development. She had ready answers to all my questions and explained everything comprehensively. Having relatives who have purchased Pennyfarthing properties in the past, I am aware of the high quality of their builds and the help and support that is available following a purchase.

We recently moved into our new home in Whitsbury Green, Fordingbridge. The whole process from beginning to end went so smoothly thanks to Richard who runs the sales office. Richard has been there to help from the moment we came to view the development and has always been quick in responding to any queries we have. Richard is a super asset to Pennyfarthing Homes.

We have recently moved into our new home on Whitsbury Green - Rich had been amazing during the whole process, making sure all correspondence was sent and received in time. From the very first meeting all the way through to move in, Rich was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping us find the perfect home. We are enjoying settling into our new home and would recommend Pennyfarthing to others looking to move to the area!

We have recently bought a home in the Whitsbury Green development and been particularly grateful for Richard (sales) who has been genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the process. And Jason (site manager) and his team who have responded quickly to snags . They have made our experience really positive and we appreciate it!

The sales team at Whitsbury Green, Richard in particular, were superb through the whole process and have been even after we moved bought our house there.
The build quality of our house is superb and I would buy another Pennyfarthing house again if I ever move, which I probably won’t.
Ask for Richard if you want a five star service.

My experience with Pennyfarthing has been fantastic from start to finish! I bought a property at their Whistbury Green site in Fordingbridge. The sales guy Richard was brilliant, super friendly, helpful and never felt pushy!

They were very accommadating throughout the whole house buying process and went the extra mile to help! After moving in the customer care team were great at sorting out snags quickly and proffessionally! The assistant site manager Lewis was great and always happy to answer questions!

The quality of the house is fantastic and I am very comfortable in my new home!

We have had a great experience purchasing from Pennyfarthing Homes. Richard was fabulous from start to finish, answering any queries promptly and even taking time to reassure our young grandson that moving would be exciting and fun! Our new home is wonderful and we cannot thank Richard, and the rest of the team, enough. Highly recommend.

An excellent experience from our first sales meeting all the way through to completion and beyond. We were lucky enough to have Richard looking after our purchase. Richard has a natural talent for customer service and looking after people, which really put as at ease. Richard also has an in depth knowledge of each development and the industry as a whole, which meant he was always able to answer our questions when they arose. Since moving in, we have experienced a few (very minor) snags as you would expect in any new build property. However, customer care have responded quickly to get these fixed without any hassle or ‘pushback’. Overall, very pleased with our home and the experience at PennyFarthing.

Having had a look at the Bungalow showhome in Alderholt it did not disappoint. Not only is it incredibly spacious, but has taller than expected ceiling heights and is on a generous sized plot too!

I would once again give no stars if possible.
It has been ten years now since my apartment was built, and I am still having countless problems which Pennyfarthing have not resolved. It is so frustrating when emails are completely ignored and shows a complete disrespect for their customers. I would avoid purchasing anything built by them.

Terrible, terrible company. Unwilling to address concerns of residents and only interested in profit.
