Having moved into my new home

Having moved into my new home, I noticed several snags in my new build. The aftercare has been amazing! Scott couldn’t have been more helpful! I’m overwhelmed with the kindness shown and the efforts he made to get my home back up to perfect condition. Thankyou so much Scott!

5 star after sales service!

Been in my house now at Kingsfield Park for 7 months now and only have good things to say about keepmoat. I have already reviewed 5 star on the sales service and now wanted to update on after sales.

I had minor issues with doorbell and outdoor light that were seen to pretty quickly along with installing trickle vents that were missing from a couple of windows.

This afternoon, i noticed a leak under my sink and the plumber was out and all fixed within an hour of my call. I cannot praise them enough for the level of service received and will continue to update reviews based on service i receive in the future.

On viewing my house there was a leak…

On viewing my house there was a leak from bathroom upstairs leaking through kitchen ceiling. Leak was fixed we were able to move in 2 weeks later. The ceiling in kitchen had plaster cracked and damp stain from leak. I’ve had numerous keepmoat people visit property to assess damage. Leak was reported on December 24’. Fast forward to now I have just been told I need to pay for kitchen ceiling to be redone. Ive refused as this happened before I moved in. Be careful with keepmoat. I’ve been communicating with keepmoat for over a year as I said before numerous keepmoat people have been to my property. Now I put a review up their interested. Yous have my details ive not moved look it up.

New house was fine,a couple of small…

New house was fine,a couple of small issues were dealt with quickly. Only minor complaint would be to the idiots who laid the turf. Obviously don't realise it won't take and grow on pebbles or concrete. The site team are great to deal with and very pleasant.

Fixing wall cracks in Bradford Vision

Do not buy a Keepmoat home

Build quality and finish is appalling.
Customer service is even worse.
Sold houses with the wrong address.
Upgraded kitchens scratched and bent doors.
Constant drain blockages.
Cloudy water through taps.
Been in 7 months now and still haven’t completed our 7 day snag list.
Rain leaking into the home.
Draughts through your brick work.
None of these are isolated incidents and many many houses on the estate are suffering the same issues.
Please think 2,3,4 times before buying a Keepmoat home, especially in cramlington. We both wish we hadn’t.

Keepmoat Glenrothes

Chelsea in the sales office in Glenrothes was amazing, friendly and professional, she made us feel welcome and made the process of buying a new build so easy. We were kept up to date with the whole process of the house build. Our house is beautiful, and finished to a high standard. We love the fact that the space between the houses are spacious and the houses are not crammed in together. There are lots of green spaces all around and play parks for the children. Any snagging issues you get with all new build houses were fixed very quickly and to a high standard. The building management and building team are really friendly and professional. Thank you to the whole team for our beautiful house, we love it here.
