Went in to see Sam on my lunch-break, she realised I was under a strict time-frame but still gave all her care and attention to make sure my extensions were removed properly and I was happy.

She took the extra effort to straighten my hair so I wouldn't walk around with a big dent in my hair for the rest of the day. Really informative and really friendly service, always really happy with the care I receive at Paul's Hair World

I had a total salon nightmare and wanted to dye my hair from blonde back to brown and couldn’t get another salon appointment at short notice. I hadn’t left the house or worked in 2 days. I felt frantic.
I went to Paul’s hair world and a member of staff (Sam from Manchester Arndale store) totally calmed me with her knowledge. She explained the process, selected the relevant products and then noted down step by step instructions for me and gave me confidence in my ability of fixing my hair myself.
With her help, my hair is brown and natural looking. Sam was honestly the sunshine in my cloudy few days. THANKYOU!

I have always enjoyed shopping at Pauls' Hair & Beauty World because of the excellent customer service delivered with a smile, by Georgina and Michelle. They have so much patient with me because it takes me time to make a final decision of choosing the right hair and they always come to my rescue.

Excellent wigs! I can’t fault them. Even when they are sold out of the one I have, they manage to source it elsewhere.

Would like to say thank you to Georgina for the service I received last week. I was very nervous about coning in as I didn't know anything about extensions. I didn't expect to receive so much help and didn't think the staff would be so highly trained. She spent over half an hour with me to get a perfect match and adviced me on what's best, my sister also purchased a pony piece and the same level of service was given to her.
We are both extremely happy and will definitely be coming again and recommending the shop.
She's a credit to the company and a lovely lady.

I order sensationnel front lace Serena wig which is my favourite wig the store I use to buy it from no longer stock it I was delighted when I found I could get it online from PAULS hair & beauty world the price was good and it came on time I'm very happy and look good once again in my most favourite wig great sharp service will definitely order from here again

Excellent service very friendly i absolutely love my hair all the staff are very helpful and especially big thanks to jack highly recommend him he's done my weave brilliant he's a very good hairstylist he did my hair very nice and he was quick and can't even tell it's a weave had a lot of compliments so very happy would recommend to anyone who wants there hair done excellent service and I travel all the way from stoke as well just to get my hair done but very worth it will definatly be going back again wouldn't go anywhere else now so thank you .

The staff within the store are very helpful, always provide accurate help in regards to choosing the correct hair and will always make sure you're happy with the purchase. The only thing that downgraded my store visit was using the salon above. I had booked an appt and was told on the day no appt was available and they could not fit me in. However, I understand there was a mistake with the booking but overall great customer service.

Would like to say a thankyou for the amazing service I have received at Paul's hair world.
I also use Paul's and have done for years 😊 I request to get served by the lady with the pink and blue hair ( this was the colour when I last come in but it always changes).
I can honestly say I've never received service as good as I get from her anywhere else.
I leave with a perfect match everytime and she takes her time to make sure everything is perfect for me.
I would recommend Paul's hair world for good quality hair and recommend to be served by the wonderful young lady.

I have just been to Paul's world and was served by Georgina & Michelle. I have to say it's the best service I had for years. I love Paul's hair world! Im a repeat customer, i tend to buy alot of the huma hair remy hair pieces as my hair is to thick for extensions. They are always very polite and efficient answering questions over email or phone.

I came into the Arndale store last week and received amazing customer service off Georgina 😁. I've always been happy with the colour match and the service received on my previous visits but this time I was even more impressed .
The colour match is exactly the same as my hair , she took time and gave me advice on how to look after the extension and went through all my options . I will definitely be recommending all my friends and family to see Georgina in Paul's hair world in the future.

I have shopped with Pauls Hairworld for over 15 years. Their staff are extremely helpful and the quality of their products is very high. I have never had a problem with any hair extensions, wigs etc. And even if I did I know they'd work something out.

I thoroughly recommend this company.

I have been shopping at Paul’s Hairworld for the last 12-13 years and they have always been my “go to” place in Manchester for hair extensions however I’ve had to source my extensions from other places in recent years. The website doesn’t seem to be updated very often and they never seem to have any Yaki remy extensions in stock anymore, the Remy Couture range 1b seems to have been out of stock for at least the last year. The other week however I gave Paul’s another go where it said the Remy Goddess extensions were in stock online. I waited 2 days before getting in touch as I had not received any updates on my order to be told that unfortunately they were out of stock too. I asked when they will be in stock to be told they didn’t know as they don’t have a “delivery date” so I asked for the order to be cancelled. As this was paid through the pay l8er scheme a deposit was taken and I’m not sure when or if this will be refunded.

While the customer service response by email was very good and polite, it doesn’t appear that they will ever have the remy yaki extensions in stock that I require anytime soon. Luckily I managed to find the ones I wanted elsewhere but it’s a real shame as I’ve been shopping at Paul’s for so long. I wonder whether certain types of extension are no longer a priority, or whether there simply isn’t the market to justify Paul’s keeping a regular stock in?

I have been to Pauls Hair World for years for my extensions. Recently i ordered my hair online i had it weaved in for 1 week & noticed the hair was ratty and awful. Pauls agreed to take my hair out for free and re fit my weave if my extensions came back faulty. I went for my weave to be taken out the hairdresser was very patronising telling me it had looked like i had used silver shampoo, i confirmed serval times this wasn’t the case as my hair was Carmel but she insisted. Beautyworks admitted it was a bad batch of hair & pauls Couldn’t reassure me if i purchased the same hair it could also be faulty as there was only 1 packet left.

I brought hair elsewhere and went for it to be fitted as agreed back at Pauls. When i walked in it was the same hairdresser, i could feel the tension straight away (because it was being fitted for free). When i sat down i felt very uncomfortable, i was greeted with ‘how don’t you want it’ I obviously didn’t know what This meant so i asked ‘what do you mean’. The reply back was ‘do you wear your hair up or down’ i said ‘are you ok because the way you are speaking to me is not. The hairdresser stormed off said im not doing f**king doing her hair!!’
I haven’t ever experienced anything this i had my 5 month old baby with me whilst she was screaming. The manager told me to leave the salon however they wasn’t present during this therefore never heard anything that happened, i Wouldn’t leave until i have a refund refund of the money i have lost for my weave fitting £45. In the end after a very horrible conversation with the Salon Manager, the outcome for was another stylist to weave my hair. They were lovely very polite and professional however it has been a week and my weave is coming out!! I am totally dissatisfied and never been made to feel like this before in any salon. That first hair dresser definitely shouldn’t be given a job with her appalling customer services skills, coming from a career background of HR she would be going down a process. However The salon manager thought there was nothing up with her.

This experience has left me
Without my extensions for 3 weeks (awaiting results of faulty hair to be confirmed)
Petrol money & parking NCP
Weave now falling out my hair - which i will have to have taken out and fitted back in (£45)
Angry/Upset & Embrassed how i was treated
