Item ordered 27th June. Still hasn't marked as dispatched despite delivery date being today at the latest. Emailed for update on 3rd with response saying we will take a look and get back to you. Chased again 6th with no response and still no update from original query on 3rd. Called and left voicemails for update but again no reply. This is for my wedding day which is fast approaching.

I have now had to raise with the bank for a refund as I am getting nowhere. Shame as I really do need this product and thought the company would be fine looking at reviews!

Sold item not as described. No where did it say invisitip extensions on his website or confirmation etc, I ordered standard nano bonds. I did not want invisitips. Colour was also not accurate for jet black. Paul’s hair world has stolen from my family. I have so much proof of this. He’s tried to manipulate me to closing my PayPal case in order to refund me, as he knows once you close a case you cannot re open. NEVER CLOSE A CASE IF HE ASKS YOU TO. He received his return back signed for and tracked. Tried pretending to refund but the value shows 0 and it’s through PayPal so it’s definitely not been refunded. PayPal assured me over and over that refunds do come through with open disputes. Avoid at all costs. I have a million screenshots of evidence. If you’re worried about buying from Paul. Message me first to see the proof of what sort of man he is. DO NOT ORDER FROM HIM. He has escalated it to a court case and I’ve provided all information on o prove no matter he says is false. He sold products not as described and is annoyed PayPal sided with me on that front even though I couldn’t return the wrong opened pack due to his guidelines.

I ordered new hair from this company, everything went well until Royal Mail left this order outside and signed for this on my behalf. On raising this to this company they was no help what so ever, still without any hair and out of pocket massively

First time ordering online and it won't be my last! I was amazed by the quality of genuine brands stocked and price points. Even when my delivery was running late due to supplier issues, I was contacted by text and informed ( thank you by the way for the polite text!). I was very pleased with the service. Only feedback would be, they need to respond to the contact us email address listed and also better paired pictures of the wigs in all colours as I had to "blind buy" a few items at my risk! Overall good experience and I am reordering again soon. Thank you

Absolutely amazing company and individuals that work here, they were very helpful in letting me know about my orders as i’ve never gotten any kind of Extensions but after i received a haircut i was unhappy with my hairdresser recommended me this website and i can say i would 100% recommend this to any one of my friends or family. Honestly my favourite hair company to deal with, I've never known such a helpful and friendly place! Always check to make sure the weaves I buy are in stock and quick to let me know about anything, please don't hesitate to order from them they really do provide a first class service!
