Great customer service
Great customer service, I emailed about the delivery of my order and was so pleased when I got a response only a few hours later as I was worried no one would get back to me in time. I was given an informative email back from Jade about my order and although there may be a slight delay it is completely understandable due to the current situation.

Professional, Efficient Fast Online and Store Assistance - Highly Recommended
I had ordered 6 packets of hair from another retailer in London but did not receive the correct order and found myself in a difficult situation before my hair appointment. I decided to contact Pauls Hair World after placing my order on line. Not only were they extremely helpful and professional but they located the product quickly, had exactly what I wanted and sent the item to me within a day. I cannot thank the ladies in Manchester enough for providing me with my three packets of Premium Too Deep Wave Bulk 1B Human Hair.

Awful service..items are not in stock despite website saying they are!! Waste of time and effort. Very poor customer service
Ordered beauty works hair extensions priced at £227.99 used the Xmas code.. then to be emailed and told they were out of stock- yet still listed on website as in stock but for £20 more than I purchased them at. Phoned to speak to someone and was told the person who emailed me was on the phone and would call me back. No call back then some excuses about the person who answered phone didn't know the time etc and the customer service was closed and apparently I was emailed back while the lady was on her way home (less than 10 mins after I called) yet the one who answered phone said she was upstairs on phone with a customer and would call me back- if it was out of hours how was she on phone to a customer if that department was closed???. They do not have the items on the website in stock even though it says they do...Avoid, don't waste your time trying to buy local just order direct from beauty works!! Just wasted 3 days when I need the hair next week and had ordered well in advance!

As explained in the product description, this was a special order item sourced directly from our supplier. Unfortunately we were subsequently informed that the item was unavailable, and as soon as this was highlighted we contacted you - within hours of your order being received. These are unusual times for us all, but when unforeseen difficulties arise we strive to offer a timely resolution wherever possible.
Our customer service hours are 10am-5pm, however you called outside of these hours to discuss the correspondence you had received. We completely understand your frustration and were keen to prevent any further inconvenience, so our customer service team made efforts to respond during their own time to ensure a speedy resolution. We offered an alternative length, and had you chosen to accept we would of course have been happy to expedite your shipping so that the order arrived well ahead of schedule.
We received your request to cancel the order this morning and that was actioned immediately. I can confirm that no payment was taken for your order.
Once again our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. We would love to welcome you back to the store in future, and restore your faith in Paul's Hair World. Excellent customer service
Despite not being able to find my colour initially Blanche went out her way to Pull out options from every possible resource. Her hard work pairs off after trying at least 20 packets we found the perfect colour match! So grateful to Blanche for her patience and perseverance! Polly was a help too!

This is not the first time l have ordered from Paul's as yet l have never had an order fullfiled as they always have sold out of what l want (hence the 4*) but the service is 5*+ they always let me know asap via email and refund as quickly as electronically possible.Jade is pleasant if her emails are anything to go by, though we've never met/spoke.l will try again to make a purchase.Must be good if l can never get what l want because they have sold out. An idea may be for them to offer an alternative if what the buyer wants is no longer availabile.

This is the third time I am making an order with Paul's,world. The customer service has always been great. Orders received on time, and well-packaged.
On this occasion, I had an issue with two of the items on my order, I sent an email today, Saturday. I was not expecting an answer until Monday. Made an order in June for hair extensions but received no confirmation of my order. Had to email the store and they then told me my product was actually out of stock. They said they could order it from a supplier and send it to me ASAP but it would take a few more days - 3 weeks later and I’ve still received nothing from them. Would NEVER shop here again as it’s been problem after problem.

Don't bother!
Would not waste your time with this Ill run company. Placed my order 12th June and still no order. I contacted the company a number of times to receive no response. Finally get an email saying my items were out of stock so I ask for a refund to get another email saying the payment was pending through buy now pay later even though I paid through PayPal.
PayPal invoice was sent and once again no correspondence.
Opened a case with PayPal.
Be aware.

i was recommended pauls hair world by my trusted hairdresser as i have never had extensions before. I was served by Georgie who was amazing, she answered all my questions and advised me well, the hair i purchased was a perfect color match and i would like to thank Georgie and her team for their help. Very disorganised system and no confirmation
Ordered XPressions Pre stretched hair and was not given any confirmation email, nor was I given a tracking number despite the postal service I paid for reading 'Royal Mail tracked' when the hair arrived they had sent me the normal XPressions hair which has not been pre stretched and is not worth as much. I was given a refund but this is a clear reflection of the lack of organisation within their institution.
