Passed!! Previously i was with another instructor but had to change to a new one. Took 5 lessons and i passed with zero minors. Thanks alot to Sean he improved my driving skills and i managed to pass. Recommend him 100%.

I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor, Kashif provides excellent, first class driving lessons. He works at your pace and always ensures that you are comfortable with everything you are doing.

Alongside this he is genuinely the nicest guy you will meet and very patient with his students.

I couldn’t say a bad thing about him and his way of teaching. I 100% recommend him to anyone looking to pass their driving test.

My daughter was issued a trainee instructor in 2024, he never passed his 3rd exam the company said they would find her another instructor THEY DID NOT, they just deactivated her account . She goes with another company felt uncomfortable but came back to this one. Less than 24 hours before her test her instructor says they won’t take her for her test! But shock horror this company is shut Saturdays and Sundays and this was a Sunday night! My daughter paid for her test and her lesson before hand, she asked for a refund with her driving instructor Helen for the lesson prior to her test £70 and she says iv cancelled the lesson for you your money should go into your passandgo account, as we went to look! Shock horror her account has been deactivated! Absolutely abysmal service never known a company like it! A lengthy email of complaint has been put in let’s see if I hear anything back! 2 years on and off with this company definitely do not recommend this shouldn’t be this hard!

The admin team is doing a terrible job. They are basically looting people which almost seems borderline illegal. In my case, i asked for a refund of unused credits as i no longer needed the classes. They out rightfully refused even though their website says refund is possible. Then they said you can transfer the lessons to someone. I found a person and then they scammed her by only giving 60% lessons claiming a huge price hike- even after they told me that lessons can be transferred. Absolutely pathetic abd frustrating!!

Drove with Sandor Szabo, brilliant instructor who pushes students to think on their own and well prepares for the test. I started driving with Sandor 3 weeks before my test and he was able to turn me test ready from my previous instructor. I would recommend.

Had the best experience with Stephen Murphy, helped me build my confidence and never gave up on me, also helped me keep my stress levels down when driving definitely recommend GREAT INSTRUCTOR 💯

Switching from a previous instructor to Stephen was the best decision I made during the learning process, Stephen made things clear, easy to understand, had a laugh along the way and put me on the path to driving success. After only a few months of lessons, I passed my driving test first time last week, all thanks to the amazing Dean! I couldn’t stress how supportive and informative Dean was throughout his time teaching me to drive, I felt calm and relaxed through every lesson we had, and it was always a laugh! I was so apprehensive when I began learning but that quickly disappeared as I always felt relaxed and in control. I couldn’t recommend him enough as a driving instructor. Thank you again Dean 🚘🥳⭐️

I would recommend my driving instructor Kip to everyone! I felt nervous during my first lesson but Kip made me feel so comfortable the whole time and every lesson since has been the same. He takes time to explain things and when I made any mistake he will take his time to repeat and show me the things. I really like one thing about him he always plans ahead which gives me more confidence. And whenever I am away and busy with my work I always think why I am not driving today. Kip is a very good instructor and I am enjoying learning from him. I highly recommend Kip as a driving instructor to all. Thank you Kip!!

As a current PDI looking to refine my skills and gain extra confidence before my final assessments, I was searching for a school that offered more than just the bare minimum. From my very first point of contact, the experience was seamless. I reached out to Stephen and the team to explain my situation and ask about additional training opportunities. I was blown away by their efficiency; within just a week of my initial call, my trainer, Ravi, was at my doorstep, ready to get started.

This is where the review gets personal. Ravi is an absolute blessing to this industry. His knowledge of the driving syllabus and the specifics of what examiners are looking for is encyclopedic. However, what truly sets him apart is his approach to teaching the teacher.

Ravi is a true listener. He took the time to understand my current teaching style and my weaker areas before offering any advice. The feedback he provided wasn't just generic "tips"; it was precise, actionable, and delivered in a way that was encouraging rather than critical. He helped me see my lessons from a different perspective, and his guidance has directly translated into me delivering much better, more effective lessons for my own pupils.

If you are a PDI looking for a school that takes your development seriously, or even if you are a learner looking for top-tier instruction, I cannot recommend Pass n Go enough. Their responsiveness and the quality of their trainers (specifically Ravi) are second to none.

avoid avoid avoid!! i was already hesitant to go with this company after looking at the reviews but i thought it might’ve just been a few bad experiences up until it happened to me.

i booked my very first lesson 2 weeks ago for today, so i’ve been waiting 2 weeks for this lesson as my instructor dina (not a very professional instructor) didn’t have any other availability, which was fine. i was willing to wait and i did wait. fast forward to today i get a not so lovely email hours before my lesson to say it had been cancelled!! my very first lesson by the way. and i can’t even get in contact with the instructor dina, as i’d like to know what the reasoning was to canceling this.

and now after contacting pass and go customer service they are now blatantly refusing to give me a refund and are giving me the only option to change driving instructors when i’ve made it clear i don’t want to be with this company anymore. such a bad first impression and really unprofessional.

Kip is amazing instructor who is incredibly patient, calm and supportive.

My instructor is Kulbir and I must say he is good at what he does. He was able to help calm my nervousness at my first class and explained everything so calmly and clearly.

My instructor Kip has made the driving experience so easy and so not scary. With his teaching, even by my second lesson, i feel not as nervous about driving and completely safe in the car with Kip beside me. He doesn’t make me feel stupid when i make a mistake and is very clear with me on what i could improve on and what i did well. I seriously recommend Kip to teach you on how to drive and how to be a safe driver :)

It was an all round great lesson with Oscar. With me already having driving experience, it was good to have feedback on what areas I need to work on. This will really help improve in these areas before my test.
Oscar was very informative and was on point to let me know right away on what I can improve on.
Overall I really enjoyed this lesson and I highly recommend Oscar to anyone who would like to learn to drive an Automatic Transmission Vehicle.

I had a great experience with Kip in Leeds. He was very patient and gave great advice, making me feel a lot more confident on the road. I always felt comfortable and learned a lot in our lessons and so I would highly recommend taking lessons with him if you're based in Leeds.
