Mr Mohammed was amazing
Mr Mohammed was amazing, I booked an intensive course through pass and go. The process was easy and simple. I was given Mohammed as my instructor, he was very accommodating and did everything he could do to help me pass. Which I did, highly recommend to anyone

I couldn’t recommend Phil highly enough! I passed my driving test first time after just 12 lessons, which is a testament to his excellent teaching.
From day one, Phil was patient, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, built my confidence with every lesson, and always made me feel calm and comfortable behind the wheel. He knew exactly what I needed to work on and tailored each lesson to help me improve quickly.
If you’re looking for a driving instructor who genuinely cares about helping you succeed and makes learning to drive an enjoyable experience, Phil is the one to choose. Thank you for all your help, patience, and encouragement—I couldn’t have done it without you!

Great Instructor Christopher Learmonth
Really easy booking system and organisation. Instructor Christopher Learmonth was really good at putting a teenage daughter at ease and building her confidence for a first time pass in 3 months.

FIND ANOTHER INSTRUCTOR
If I could leave a 0 star review
I WOULD
Please don't trust this company. I paid for my 1st lesson & the instructor I was given never turned up no explanation NOTHING was then informed this driver doesn't even work for them but it was them that gave me this instructor . So I rebooked the 2nd instructor turned up late but the reason seemed plausible so I went with it she was a lovely lady so I booked 10 futher lessons in advance. Then EVERY TIME the instructor turned up late if she turned up at all then she cancelled all my lessons & my Dashboard (account) was suspended. I phoned & was told i couldn't get a refund this was 100s of £ (please read all the small print) I asked to speak to a manager & was told they don't allow you to speak to management. I tried again & said I don't understand why I can't get my money bk as ALL THE PROBLEMS were on them but the only way "to get my money" was by booking more lessons I mean excuse me if I dont trust you anymore I am now in a dispute with them going through my bank to reclaim my money they are disputing this
Its an absolute joke
Edit
Yes they offered a new instructor after the 1st 1 didn't turn up to the lesson(as the instructor didn't even work for the company) I was left & had to get in touch myself no-one reached out at ANY TIME but this instructor the 2nd one also let me down (late/not turning up) . Then just cancelled every lesson I had booked so sorry if I feel the old adage
Fool me once
Not once after my lessons were skipped running late & cancelled all together did Passngo reach out to apologise. I rang them the only time I was contacted was after I had contacted them

Learner Driver Vaping Whilst Under Instruction
I witnessed on Great North Road, Gosforth Newcastle upon Tyne heading towards Gosforth Park, a Pass n Go female learner driver, I wont mention any ethnicity, VAPING whilst under male instruction. A large plume of vape came away from the open drivers window, as they continued through a busy traffic light junction. The instructor will know who they are. Its still illegal to smoke in a work vehicle, and its terrible to encourage/allow a learner to do it in any situation. I would not recommend this company from what I witnessed from this one instructor. I might have the date wrong but its near enough, thought it needed a review. Unbelievable.

Passing with Hayley Tanya
One of the most honest people ever! She will teach you how to pass your test but won't miss out on teaching how to thrive on the roads. Every lesson was tons of fun, couldn't recommend her enough!

DO NOT CHOOSE PASSNGO
My experience with PassNGo has been nothing short of disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering them to think carefully before booking.
I started my lessons on 19 May. From the beginning, I experienced repeated cancellations from my first instructor.
* 27 May: My 8:00am lesson was cancelled at 7:59am with no explanation. I later noticed that the instructor still completed another student’s lesson later that morning.
* 12 June: My 10:30am lesson was cancelled approximately 39 hours before with no explanation.
* 17 June: My lesson was cut short after only 15 minutes because my instructor said he had a bad stomach and needed to go home. I had to drive back home, ending the lesson early. He told me he would not cancel again because he had already cancelled several times.
* 18 June: My 10:30am lesson was cancelled at 10:29am.
By this point, I had completely lost confidence in my instructor’s reliability.
On 16 June, before these later cancellations, I had spoken with my instructor about moving my driving test forward from 29 October to 25 July. He was confident I would be ready, encouraged me to download Testi to find an earlier test, and told me to book the end of July. I would never have spent money changing my test date had he not advised me to do so.
After the fourth cancellation on 18 June, I submitted an escalation to PassNGo requesting:
* the return of the driving credit for the lesson that ended early, and
* a new instructor.
I then went on holiday. PassNGo responded on 22 June, but only addressed returning my lesson credit. They completely ignored my request for a new instructor.
When I returned home on 29 June, I expected a new instructor to have been allocated. Instead, nothing had changed. I had to change instructors myself, but because this happened within the 48-hour cancellation window, I lost another 2 hours of paid lesson credit.
I contacted PassNGo again on 29 June, submitted another escalation on 2 July, and followed it up by email on 3 July. I was told the escalation team would contact me shortly, but they never did.
Then came my first lesson with my new instructor on 8 July… and that was cancelled as well, just 4 hours before it was due to start.
At this point I had experienced five cancellations while only completing six lessons. I had taken time off work and arranged my schedule around these lessons, only for them to be repeatedly cancelled.
When I finally called PassNGo to ask why my escalations had been ignored, they suddenly responded within an hour. However, it became clear they had only looked at an older complaint and had not properly reviewed my more recent escalation.
To make matters worse, my new instructor advised that I might not be test ready despite never having completed a lesson with me. I ultimately had no confidence that I would receive the tuition I had paid for and felt I had no option but to cancel my driving test.
Throughout all of this, I received no meaningful apology and very little ownership from PassNGo. Instead, responsibility seemed to be pushed back onto me, despite the repeated instructor cancellations and poor handling of my complaints.
I also found my first instructor would sometimes sit on his phone while I was driving on dual carriageways, which I considered unprofessional and distracting.
Overall, I found the instructors unreliable and the escalation process extremely poor. My experience has cost me time, money, and confidence, and I have been left significantly behind in my learning through no fault of my own.
I would not recommend PassNGo based on my experience.
Update: PassNGo contacted me and offered a resolution. However, I remain extremely disappointed with both the outcome and the way my complaint was handled.
I accepted the offer because it became clear that the escalation process was not going to properly address the issues I had raised. Throughout my complaint, I felt that key points were repeatedly overlooked or taken out of context, while the evidence and explanations I provided were not meaningfully addressed. Rather than acknowledging the repeated instructor cancellations, poor communication and the overall impact this had on my driving tuition, the responses focused on isolated points instead of the wider issues.
The final offer was reimbursement for 8 hours of lesson credit, despite my request for 10 hours, with no compensation for the cost of changing my driving test or for the significant time, inconvenience and disruption caused.
It is also worth noting that the first apology I received throughout this dispute came only after I posted this public review, over a week after I first raised my complaint with PassNGo.
For these reasons, I remain dissatisfied with the outcome and do not believe my complaint was handled fairly.
