The worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered some stuff for my daughter, paid for next day delivery and nothing. I’m still waiting for half of it to even be acknowledged. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE EVER.

Ordered two Halloween outfits for my kids and paid extra for next day delivery to avoid being stressed waiting for it to come on time. I have still not received any update, conformation or email reply. I've emailed twice! I am now panicking thinking my kids might not have a Halloween outfit to wear now.

Terrible. I paid for next day delivery and it took nearly a week to arrive which was too late for what I needed it for. In the meantime I emailed three times to get an eta and a refund if the delivery cost, they eventually replied two days after it was delivered to say it’s already been picked so I can’t cancel the order but could return. No mention of a refund of the delivery charge that I requested. Awful. Do not order from them.

If i could give zero stars for this company i would i paid 6.95 for an outfit to come next day delivery, as i wanted to ensure my daughter had her outfit before her halloween party the following week but the outfit still has not arrived i made numerous attempts to contact party delights they have consistently ignored me or made no attempt to reach out and resolve tge matter, i have now had to pay out extra to get my daughter a new outfit as she would of been left with nothing, as of now the outfit is still not here and no reaponse worst company AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Placed an order on Saturday and paid for next day delivery for our Halloween costumes for myself, my husband, and more importantly my 3 year old son who chose a Batman outfit and has asked every day since Saturday if it has arrived yet. I received a shipping notification on Tuesday, the day I should have received the costumes, with Amazon Buy Shipping tracking, which only says that the label has been created. I emailed the company the same day and nobody has bothered to reply. They’ve turned their comments off posts on instagram, clearly knowing how many complaints they would get. I’m resigned to the fact our costumes won’t arrive in time for our party on Saturday so I’ll now have a very upset child and next to no other options of places to buy from.
What looks like a family run and incepted company is realistically a scam.
Just in case anyone does bother to reply to this, though given their rating on here I’d give up at this stage, my order number is 27930.

Don’t order from this company. Absolute shambles. Really don’t know how it hasn’t been but down yet!!! Will just take your money and ignore you!

I ordered a costume 9 days ago for next day delivery, I have chased and emailed 3 times with no response and will be taking this up for a refund with my bank

I wish I could give minus stars!! I’ve been waiting ages for my little girls costume and it doesn’t look like it’s arriving in time and I’ve chased and chased and no response!! I’ll have to go elsewhere now and hope my little girls size is in stock somewhere

Was very much on edge due to the bad reviews but they are of no reflection to what I experienced with my order. My order arrived within 5 days - paid next day delivery but given its international delivery I expected it wouldn’t be next day. But still a lot sooner than standard shipping. Costume came exactly as it looked on line correct size and fitting is great. My son is now the cutest little bat ready for Halloween.

My £50 order came in two seperate deliveries only for both deliveries to be missing main items. No contact number either. Will not be using again

Places an order of two items and only one turned up. Only contact I can find is an email, and despite several attempts across more than a week I’ve had no response. Love the outfit I have received, but the customer service is non existent hence the low rating.

If I could have given NO STARS I would have.

Placed an order on 24th October and paid £6.75 for next day delivery...order has still not arrived and as far as I can see it has not even been dispatched yet 😡

Needed costume for today so I had to go out and buy one or my granddaughter would have had no costume for her nursery party today😔

I have e-mailed and requested a full refund plus the cost of postage but have had no response.

Will NEVER order from here again and would advise anyone else thinking of ordering from them to buy elsewhere.

What a crap service says 3/5 working days for a delivery I placed the order on the 20th October for my kids Halloween costumes it’s the 28th today still no delivery place needs closing down as it’s such a failure I also have upset children thanks to them can’t ring no one and they don’t like to reply to emails

Only half of my order was delivered and my emails and social media messages went unanswered! They took my money and ran

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered an outfit and paid nearly £7 for next day delivery, then it took 5 days to arrive. Want to send the outfit back and receive my delivery charge back (in line with their own policy) and no one has responded to my emails!! I’ve sent 3 and had no response.

Not all of my order has been received. I’ve emailed twice, but have not received any response. Spent nearly £70 and the costume I haven’t received is the most expensive one. Do not recommend purely based on their customer service.

Avoid!! Ordered 6 items, only 2 arrived but i’ve tried to email and contact numerous times regarding the missing items however i've had no response. The item that did get delivered is age 4-6 however it’s so small it fits my 2 year old, it wouldn’t fit a 4-6 year old at all. (Ordered it all nearly 2 weeks ago)

Absolute thieves , stay away from here , I made a purchase and paid extra for next day delivery , and nothing has ever arrived , have sent various emails and online chats and nobody ever replies , do your self a favour and shop elsewhere

Absolutely terrible quality costumes, bought 3 outfits 1 didn’t show up at all emailed a week ago no response followed up twice paid for next day delivery didn’t show for 3 days AVOID

I ordered a Halloween costume on 19 October. Party Delights happily accepted the order, but then there was no delivery, no update email and the order remained stuck as “pending”.

I emailed for an update and received no response. It was only after I sent a second email, advising that I would be reviewing their shenanigans, that I received an automated email saying they could not fulfil the order.

I then watched the item go out of stock and later return in stock, yet they are now offering only store credit and 50% off a future order. That is not remotely adequate when they have left a child without the costume she was expecting for Halloween.

There is no telephone number to contact anyone, so there is seemingly no way to resolve this properly. To make matters worse, the item is now showing as available with delivery in 3–5 working days, while their email claims it is out of stock. I have absolutely no confidence that reordering would result in anything other than more disappointment.

Appalling customer service and communication. Avoid if you need something for a specific occasion.
