Absolutely a con job organisation

Absolutely a con job organisation. Bad enough to get a £60 fine, but after an appeal they 'reduced' it to £20.

Fine, will pay this to make it go away, oh wait - online it's still £60, and so is it on the phone, and there is no way to contact this organisation, laughing all the way to the bank aren't they.

Absolutely hope they burn.

Thieving criminal Cnuts!

These Cnuts are thieving from tourists daily! The car park at ST Anthony’s, Penzance says pay on exit but the machine and app won’t take the payment on exit and lands you with a £100 fine! Karma comes guys and I hope you all rot in hell!!!

Disgusting company

Disgusting company! 7 months after using a carpark for more than 2 hours in total but making the mistake of paying for 4 hours and leaving and coming back hit me with TWO parking fines. I provided evidence of payment which was rejected and I still have to pay another £20 for one fine but the communication is terrible. You go months between letters, you cannot speak to anyone. The appeal page goes off any they have a month to reply and it drags it out so much. I was never given the outcome of my 2nd appeal and without the code you then get you cannot appeal with POPLA. I messaged them through the appeals page to inform them they have not provided the necessary information. 3 months had passed and I thought done and dusted. Yesterday came home from work and I have a £170 letter from a Balliff company! Ruined my day and left me feeling sick. Of course I rang them and all they can do is a payment plan or take your money. I literally feel robbed and bullied and with nowhere to turn! I'm going to end up paying more on fines than the party my daughter attended. And the car park is shite with potholes and uneven surfacing to boot. So annoyed/cross/stressed.

This company works like the mafia

This company works like the mafia. They have been asked to support James Cook hospital to support manage the car parks on sight. In fact they photo you entering the site and leaving regardless of car park use. This is wrong, this is not private land, it is public land held in trust by the NHS. They just try and prey on the vulnerable to make money, the majority of appeals are refused (even for blue badge holders) and whilst you can appeal to POPLA, they warn you that the time taken for this will cost you more. Probably the worst company I have ever come across

**Robbing Bandits

**Robbing Bandits - Parking**

★☆☆☆☆

I recently parked in the Market Festival Carpark in Morecambe and paid £2.30 at the nearest machine, displaying my ticket clearly. I was in a shop for 23 minutes, then came straight out and left. A few days later I was sent a parking fine.

I appealed straight away, showing the ticket I'd paid for (thank goodness I'd kept it) — only to be told it wasn't valid because it hadn't come from the "right" machine. Absolute corruption, plain and simple.

I'm disgusted that this is happening in my own town, and that the council seems fine with it. With the Eden Project coming to the area, visitors won't feel safe parking here. Consider this a warning: you can pay for your ticket, keep your evidence, do everything right — and you will still get fined.

Mr D Turpin is alive!!!

Absolute joke - MR D Turpin in disguise!!.

Having visited The Vine in Kinver to which there was no notification inside that the car park was chargeable I found that i had a fixed notice of £60.00 for entering a public house several days later.
As the appeal stated ' insufficient evidence' even though I presented banking evidence of a purchase in the Vine public house ( i tried to pay by cash but the pub didn't have change!!! another joke!! ) i was demanded to pay a 'reconsider' fee of £20.00.

I really do not have the heart to keep going back and forth but all I can say is firstly, I will never attend this public house ever again due to shocking customer service and will be vigilante of entering any carpark with this company allocated to it.

Fraud on an industrial scale which should be reported and hopefully closed down, if fact go and join the circus...the country needs more clowns!!!

Absolute bunch of crooks.

Absolute bunch of crooks.

I visited my sister in hospital. There were no visible screens to enter my registration, and reception told me I was fine. I then had to wait at every locked door to be let through, and the doctors’ ward round was running late.

By the time I got back to my car, I was 15 minutes over… and that’s before you factor in the five minutes I spent driving around trying to find a parking space in the first place.

Hospitals are stressful enough without people worrying about parking fines while they’re visiting loved ones.

I genuinely hope whoever decided hospitals should charge for parking—and whoever happily sends out these parking fines—has a lifetime of cold meals, endless traffic jams, and a permanent stone in their shoe.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. I parked at Hartlepool hospital and scanned my blue badge and the message on screen said that my badge was registered for a year. Two weeks later I received a fine and on appeal was told that my badge and car registration were not registered. Absolute disgrace and this company are completely without morals. Con artists cashing in on people who are visiting hospitals misery.

Thieves

They're after your money. They are thieves. They will extort you. The reviews say everything. Run a mile from this parking lot. Get away. Just as fast as you can. Protect your money.
Unfair charges. Faulty machines. Unfair appeal process. Thieves. Nothing short of a pack of thieves.
And what's worse, it was a parking lot at a hospital.
Thieves extorting innocent patients and their carers.

I have been issued with a fine by parking eye for charging my car at the Preston, Hilton south hotel on 15th May 2026, I had done this on 2 previous occasions at the same without receiving a fine. In fact the reviewed my evidence and over turned a fine from earlier in the month. i have the evidence to show I charged on a tesla charger and left immediately, as well as the notification setting a precedent for not having to pay a fine, no signs and directions. Parking EYE is bordering on criminal activity and Phil Boynes CEO should be ashamed. I have repeatedly provided all the relevant evidence to overturn this ridiculous charge.

This is simple extortion

This is simple extortion. They are criminals and in a more coherent country the management and employees would be imprisoned. 100 pounds for what amounts to 10 minutes. Well done for achieving peak sheister-dom Parkingeye, I hope you sleep well at night, taking from the poor and giving to the rich.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I explained in my appeal that I lost my car key in the car park, but a few days later they asked for evidence. How can anyone provide evidence of losing a key?

There was no way to contact them, no option to upload documents, and the address they provided for correspondence was incorrect, so my letter was returned.

The whole process felt unfair and extremely frustrating. In my experience, this car park feels more like a trap than a service

Parkingeye issues PCN to us, despite our being hotel residents who didn’t have to pay for parking.

We stayed at a hotel that had Parkingeye manage their car park. Guests needed to enter their vehicle registration number at check-in to get free parking while they were staying there. We did all of this of course. But despite this, we were still sent a Parking Charge Notice by Parkingeye—even though we were entitled to free parking.

Does t deserve 1 star

Does t deserve 1 star. My daughter parked in Aldi carpark Wickford bought some shopping was there 30 minutes ! She put her reg number in machine and yet still got a ticket. When appealing we couldn’t find receipt but her monso card did show a payment to Aldi on that date but still she lost the appeal. This company is ripping everyone off we only have their word that a number has not been put in and clearly this shows on this Occasion. Shame for Aldis as won’t be shopping there again ! They need to send me proof that it wasn’t typed in computer !!!
