This company is the worse !!!!
This company is the worse !!!!! Honestly how can they get away with the stuff they do honestly something needs to be done and looked into. As Iv had a fine and they said they take me to court for what I don’t know as I had a ticket and I still have the ticket time and dated for when I was at the hospital for my appointment as I had to go and fine a machine that was working at 2 of them was out of service and they still said I had to pay ….. well guess what am not
Disgusting
Disgusting company and I now feel harassed taking the joy out of using an incredible facility.
I have been ticked three times each time I have followed instructions yet received that not enough evidence...and a reduced fine unless you appeal to a higher industry body..what kind of transparent ethics is that.
Absolutely dreadful company I have no faith or trust in the.

since when are parkingeye doctors thats the appeal team they say parkingeye and they are yet to be taken to court for being judge and jury
Issuing fines when parked correctly
Issuing fines when parked correctly. This company is corrupt, they issue fines when you are parked correctly and can prove it, poppla are as bad as they were given concrete evidence and still sided with parking eye, refuse to pay as i have done they can take me to court i will fight them all the way they are a disgrace.
I parked at Premier Inn Worcester
I parked at Premier Inn Worcester . I was a party of 8 . We parked 4 cars in the car park and paid and displayed £10 for 24 hours . A couple of weeks later I receive a parking charge for non payment . The oter 3 cars did not . I sent proof of payment via bank statement which also included the same payment for a friend of mine but they then said I used wrong terminal ( there was only 1 ) Absoulute fraudsters .They need investigating as this is not lawful , disgusting company. .
If you’ve got the time, don’t pay the fine
My experience reflects a lot of what has already been mentioned, wife disabled and had to visit a health centre daily. Displayed blue badge and took it into reception everyday but one time they didn’t send it off, resulted in initial fine. Told the health centre the next day to have it cancelled off, for whatever reason a few months later had a letter that the fine had inflated to around 300 pound and had a court letter sent. Filled out the DQ etc, had the nursing staff give supporting evidence that my wife did in fact visit the health centre daily for treatment. Had no correspondence from ParkingEye the entire time and was told by the courts that the claim had been dropped without being told directly from them, even after it had escalated to a small claim hearing.
Court letters looks scary and are worded matter of fact, if you know you’re not in the wrong I’d strongly suggest to contest and don’t let formality scare you. It was a long dragged out process but I only done it simply out of principle, I’m not paying a fine because someone else messed up, my wife is disabled and done everything by the book with displaying badge etc. I’m not having crooks take our money.
There’s a few good websites that give advice on these matters. This had been dragged out since 2024 and caused unneeded stress on top of the stress of my wife’s ill health
Parking ticket despite entering my registration on the screen
I parked my car at Urmston Leisure Centre on 27 May 2026, entered my registration on the computer screen in the reception as I always do, my daughter was with me and saw me do it. I have now received a parking fine from Parking Eye saying I didn't enter my registration number. I have told Trafford Leisure Group and they have appealed the decision, waiting for the outcome.
Parked when checking in to a hotel
Parked when checking in to a hotel. There was a mix up so no reservation. Returned to the car after 20 mins and got a £60 fine. Wrote a appeal and was told it was rejected because lack of evidence. So i was going to get the receptionist to write a statment.......... What a load of crap.
Payment machines constantly down so no…
Payment machines constantly down so no opportunity to pay. Provided proof of this which was rejected.
They know full well and rely wholly on scaremongering and threats to force people to pay fines.
Awful company
Awful company, I spent 11 mins in a hospital car park for a blood test appointment for my child. Paid the correct amount of £1.50 but they apparently have no record of the number plate! The they sent a fine of £70 appealed it twice and rejected and now forced to pay £70. It's actually daylight robbery and how it's criminal that they are allowed to do this. £70 for 11 mins in a car park is apparently appropriate and justified! Shouldn't be allowed to rob people blind!

Left hospital on crutches and forgot to pay for parking.
Frustrating system but even more so when this company gets the money and the hospital gets nothing, BRAVO parkingeye, you should be closed down
HARASSMENT
Having paid for overnight parking in Durham I was surprised to get a letter demanding £60. There was no ticket machine but I paid through the App shown. I have submitted screen shots of bank statement showing the evidence of payment. Three months later I am still getting letters demanding payment. Asked for a person to talk to and a working email address for correspondence. Nothing. Think this company is managed by robots.
Disabled Parking
Trying to contact them to complain about non disabled people parking in the disabled spaces is impossible
I visit Aldi in Thronbury Bradford 2 two or three times a week.
Not once have I been able to use the disabled parking because they are full of cars that is not displaying a disabled badge.
BE VARY AWARE. IMPOSSIBLE TO REASON WITH
I have been around a long time but never realised how unscrupulous and non customer friendly this company was until a recent experience where I urgently needed to deal with a safety critical alert with my car which took precisely 5 minutes to do myself and leave. £60 fee followed. Common sense says find somewhere safe asap. I unwittingly entered a deserted retail park car park late evening to do this. The appeal process is rigged to make it almost impossible to succeed. Reasonable and proportionate is not on their agenda. All my local retail car parks operate a time limit only thus I had no reason to think that Home Bargains in Ashford would any different. Again I was 5 minutes but they make out that if I called my recovery insurance and waited however long that would have been ok. However, I suspect not. All independent legal advice indicates an easy win on the balance of probability in court as they have not even evidenced that i actually parked within the context of the meaning nor viewed the cctv to confirm my actions were as described. They just ask for more evidence which of course only they have. I certainly could not do any shopping so why else would a reasonable person want to stop and park ? However, it is not worth the hassle for me so they WIN. Only one word describes the company UNETHICAL
Very unfair parking experience at…
Very unfair parking experience at Meadow Street Labour Club, Preston
I had a very bad experience with the parking company at Meadow Street Labour Club, Preston. I parked my car there, paid for parking, and still ended up receiving a £60 fine. This is completely unfair.
The payment machine did not print me a ticket after I paid. It seemed like there was no paper in the machine, which makes me believe this is either poor maintenance or done on purpose so drivers are left without proof. If a machine takes payment, it should always issue a ticket properly.
I appealed the charge and clearly explained that I had paid for parking, but my appeal was rejected. Their excuse was that the payment was not enough to cover the full stay, but if the machine does not give a ticket, how is a customer supposed to know exactly what has been recorded or whether there is any issue?
This whole experience felt misleading and unfair. I paid to park at Meadow Street Labour Club, Preston, yet I was still fined and then ignored when I tried to explain the situation. Instead of showing fairness or understanding, they simply rejected the appeal and continued demanding money.
I would warn other drivers to be very careful parking here. Even if you pay, you could still end up with a fine and no proper help from the parking company.
Parking Fine
Today I received a message telling me I had a £60. Parking fine… I don’t even have a car so be careful check this company before you part with your money.
VERY SLOW IN RE PAYING PARKING CHARGE
On the 11/04/2026 I received a parking charge in a Aldi store in the west midlands.I paid £40 and made an Appeal against the charge and my cheque was cashed on 5/5/26. I subsequently received information that I won the Appeal on the 21/5/26 and was told that because Parkingeye were very busy I may not get the return of my £40 within the next 40 days!!!!!.I have not received the money
What a disgrace. This company were quick enough to cash my cheque and no doubt the £40 is earning them interest/or being used to run their business.I am still awaiting my money by 2/7.26.I will be commencing a small claims action in the Counnty Court and would suggest others with a similar problem to do so.
Scam artists
100% Scammers. They need to be looked into and closed down.
I was tricked into a false sense of security to park outside a mcdonalds at 2am in the dark. Directly after the exit of the drive thru are some bays, but the trick is that they secretly belong to parking eye despite looking identical to the parking for mcdonalds. The signs were facing the wrong way so no chance of catching those, and also a minimum parking time of 0 seconds... 0 Seconds. So that would be impossible to even get out of the car to go and read the signs to confirm if you can or not.
They lied about it being clearly visible. If it was then no one would park there knowingly.
Without receiving an initial letter through the door to pay I randomly got one saying I owed £130 out of the blue, absolutely no way of contacting them as they've made that impossible also (they are well aware of what they are doing is wrong).
