Our first holiday in winchelsea sands, definitely not the last tho, 2 days in I went and booked for next year. The 3 star gold caravan was beautiful. Pristine condition. I have copd and asked to be put near a car park, the fabulous staff gave us a van with parking space. The staff are fantastic. They really can’t do enough for u. The clubhouse is excellent. Friendly staff. I really can’t wait to go back next year. Thank you winchelsea sands. See you soon

What a difference a year makes, last year we had a brilliant holiday at Park Holidays Pakefield and now it is even better with a New Clubhouse Shop and Swimming Pool. Already booked to return in 2027. Well done Park Holidays.

We had a lovely time at stowford farm meadows,little bit of a walk to the amenities and also WiFi not great but overall we enjoyed ourselves,clean caravan,fish shop good little shop but a good base for going out to see things

Arrived at bowland fell Caravan park 27 July 2026 and left 31 July 2026

Arriving on site we were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist called sammy she checked me in hand me the key and a direction how to get to the van.
Around the park was very clean plenty of rubbish bins and doggie bins.
Once we got to the van we were very pleased with how clean the van was. Beds made on arrival, balcony was also clean. We were left with a little box with laundry bag to put dirty bedding in which I do in any caravan I stay in, little bottle of washing up liquid and sponge and a cloth. Kitchen was very equipped full size fridge freezer. We don’t use the oven ( wasn’t a baking tray but if you ask at reception they will be to help we used our air fryer)

We had an issue with shower and maintenance team were on it. maintenance team and main reception team leave at 5pm if any problems after this time pub on site are on hand to help. Mateuse the bar man he has the group chat and phone number for maintenance and park warden he is very polite and up for a laugh just see him and he will help.

The crow tree pub is very friendly pub allowed your fur babies in too this pub is cashless

Prices for food is pub prices I can’t comment on the food due to not eatting in there this time around. Prices for drinks is average for a country pub. October half term is trick or treat week with loads of activities for everyone.
In the pub they have bingo for adults, pool table 60p card only, dart board is free. Inside seating and outside seating, sit by the fire or in a quiet room or in main bar area something for everyone or if your really sick of your kids send them out side to the play area or better still get WiFi and give them there iPad or Xbox or even log on to your Netflix on smart tv in your caravan.

Pool is across the road from the pub, book at reception and just turn up at pool doors, buzz your self in ( black box on the wall then silver button….. took me ages where it was) some one from reception will buzz you in or ask for your booking time. Changing rooms are clean single, family changing rooms and also a disabled shower room and normal toilet in side. Pound coin or trolly token for lockers, Crocs/sliders left by showers in main pool area. Remember to take pool (little)inflatables for your little ones or something else for them to play with. The pool has 2 life jackets for people to use for free hand back up when finished with them this was agood idea. To leave pool area main door has a GREEN button

Around the site there is another play park, nature walks with little streams and the best place to see shooting stars on a night. The site hasn’t got amusements ( which my family loved) it’s all about being out and about or just sitting relaxing I loved it just sat in the sun on the balcony watching the kids play, if you would like amusement and arcade Blackpool
Is 1hour drive away. Lovely scenery countryside for afternoon drives pop along to the old vicarage tea rooms which is 3mins away or if wanted to get out for some fresh air and fish and chip, best place is settle fish and chips in settle town centre or even a boat trip around the lake Windermere with in a hours drive, with reasonable prices, even more fun why don’t you take a train ride or take a little walk around the aquarium. Parking 3pound for 2 hours or 6pound for 10 hours.

The reception has a shop on site, it hold the every day essentials doesn’t have have much due to be in with the reception on but I’m sure you’ll find some for your tea for the night.

Day before we left spoken with Kiera and she helped look for something for October, Kiera took the time to take us to a lodge to make sure it was ok for our needs. We got back and booked straight away. Kiera is always ready to help and assist you along with all members of staff love a good chit chat.

Had a lovely break at Bowland Fell,caravan was good,site was lovely,really well kept,great pub and restaurant,excellent

the coast, the staff, the location a well situated site lots to do, walks, historical, beach, woodland

Had.a wonderful few days in a dry chalet. It was a good base to travel from. The decor is a bit run down but the price is very competitive.
The on-site staff were very helpful and happy to help if we needed anything.
Unfortunately due to the extreme weather, the lake had blue algae growing which was very unpleasant and made our dog sick.

Everything was perfect, accommodate was beautiful and clean, staff were more than helpful. Could not fault the place.

We recently stayed at Polperro Holiday Park. Upon arrival, our accommodation was ready at scheduled time; as we had early check in, beautifully clean and welcoming.
It was easy to book swimming sessions; although a lack of times offered on some days. Pool itself was lovely warm and clean.
Crazy golf and other activities on site; a huge hit - and free of charge! We had the lovely visit while there with animals etc.
Shop onsite although handy - lacked a variety of options.

Staff - we had a lovely barman who helped us with booking pool times, food and generally knowledgeable about the local area.
Cheryl on reception was an amazing help to us - helpful, knew the area so well, helped us with hint of what to do with younger children - although we never got around to all of the recommendations it definitely gave us some ideas for the future; including a boat trip. Good knowledge of buses to help us get to the next towns for Looe and Polperro from just outside the holiday park.

Our stay at Hedley Wood was excellent we thoroughly enjoyed it the staff we're very friendly and helpful the caravan it's self was lovely and clean grateful for a washing machine shame the decking was so dirty from the trees hanging over it we would book again.

It was just as lovely as it was over 20 years ago when we were there often, nice caravan very clean,staff helpful and friendly,had an enjoyable time.great weather too.

Trevella holiday park.
We booked this stay expecting a peaceful holiday, but instead, our caravan was treated like an active construction site.
The disruption was relentless. Work crews, highway maintenance trucks, and industrial compactors were operating right adjacent to our caravan until 6:30 PM one evening. Then, with zero warning, we were shocked awake at 7:00 AM the very next morning by the exact same deafening machinery.
The worst part was the management's response. When we complained, the manager reckoned he didn't know anything about it. It is shocking that a manager has lost total control of his own park to the point where heavy industrial works are happening without his knowledge.
This completely ruined the peaceful feel of our entire week's holiday—I honestly feel like I need another vacation just to unwind. Management offered us a minor token gesture refund, which we rejected as it didn't come close to making up for the stress. We will never use Park Holidays again!!!!!!!

Had a very enjoyable time at Glendale Holiday Park. Would definitely recommend. Lovely clean caravan and park. Just right for a quiet holiday.

No decking or veranda so nowhere to sit out and eat drink or relax. At the price we paid it was very disappointing also we had the miserables family next door why do people come on holiday to be unhappy they might as well stay home.

Fantastic place for camping,all plots were level. Great shower and washing facilities,kept clean.Bonus of a laundrette which meant i had no dirty clothes to bring home.Staff in reception lovely,lost a locket and emailed them to ask if it had been handed in,they replied straight away saying no but will keep in touch,week later I got email to say it had. Great pub just 5 min walk that does gorgeous food,and the beaches!! Wow!

Lovely Park but the only let down was the Swimming Pool changing area was absolutely filthy. Everything else very good. Expensive in the restaurant but food good. Caravan comfy and clean. Very well priced.

This was our 3rd year of staying at Broadland Sands. We opted for a lodge which was very spacious and clean and in excellent condition.
Friendly and helpful staff across the Park. We did have a problem of connecting to the Wi-Fi but having reported the issue to reception, a maintenance guy arrived within 10 minutes and reset the enclosed router. Problem solved.
This is a great holiday park in a great location and if you like to go out and about exploring Suffolk and Norfolk , its a great place to be based.
Our kids love the swimming pool and playground and amusement arcade.
Overall we definitely recommend Broadland Sands

The seaview site in Kent is excellent. Very clean, friendly staff and great value.
It is right in the beach and an easy walk to both Herne bay and Whitstable.

Lovely new caravan in a quiet spot. Easy to park, right next to your accommodation. Good location for exploring the local area, with a bus stop right outside. We had a really enjoyable stay.

Had 3 nights at Glendale caravan park
Having had a caravan there for over 20 years a few years ago
We decided to go back and rent a van to see how it had changed
It hadn’t changed a great deal club house was lovely staff lovely a great location for walks and beaches we had a lovely time site was still lovely well kept caravan was nice and clean well kept site would definitely go back 🤗
