We have holidayed with parkdean for 16 years and 14 at Looe Bay and have booked again for our 15th year on the same park we have got a good deal and had our book before you leave discount. It makes it affordable and the direct debit instalments help payments we cannot wait to be back at Looe Bay again next year its a special place my family and as a site has all you need and a great range of activities and friendly staff. There are a great range of caravans to suit all budgets and we like the silver version in polperro crescent as you are able to park by your caravan and the layout of those vans are great for the family

saint margretes cliff holiday park kent enteraiment none existent no shows only two team members trying there best very dissapointed came home a day early the staff where very nice and helpful but the evenings boring

The booking process was so easy for our week away with friends, reasonably priced accommodation lots of choice of parks we decided on the isle of white for our destination and got 40% off our ferry crossing, looking forward to our holiday

Awful site, would not recommend spending money here at all!
All the caravans are crammed into a small space all on top of each other. The showers/toilets are disgustingly dirty and most of the time the showers are cold. The washing up area smells all the time of dirty water. Can’t do any activities as they are always booked up.
The food is so overpriced and not that great - best thing is probably the breakfast.
There are so many other great sites, do not waste your money!
The team are all as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Heard so many complaints when walking past reception I’m surprised they’re still in business.

I would mark a 0 if I could and I’m so disappointed due the fact that our first experience was outstanding, this time I couldn’t have been more disgusted and disappointed with the holiday £700 plus we ended up paying for 4 nights made to feel a trouble and annoying when we asked for our accommodation to be changed due to the layout not being practical for our disabled children I was told we can’t change the layout because you don’t like it! Don’t like it it wasn’t going to work for my children’s safety and sleep fast forward that got changed at a hearty price of £100 amendment fee ruining our first family holiday obviously I’ve complained not expecting anything but I will be making everyone aware of the disgrace of this place

Could not get swimming with bairns as there was no slots free any day which i booked soon as booked holiday checked for pool nothing at all they need to let peole no what activities is available before you book instead of saying look online just to find the activitie you want is not available

Went with my family, enthernet is terrible even after buying extra data, sofas need a dip cleaning before customers arrive.

We have been going to a Parkdean site for over 12 years as we have our own caravan and we enjoy going to see other places from time to time .knowing what good value the holidays are, how nice and comfortable the caravans are and the entertainment /facilities were very good in all the others we have stayed at or just visited .

We loved every minute of it. The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. A special mention to Sean and the crew for fantastic entertainment. Well done Parkdean. We will be back

West bay would be my choice of place to visit, it’s in a brilliant location and I’ve visited serval times over the past few months, however we attempted to rearrange our latest visit due to our motorhome breaking down and they wouldn’t allow a change in date.

Very quick and easy to book.Variety of accommodation to suit different needs.Payment methods are great,we chose direct debit option to spread the cost so we don't have a big payment before our holiday.
St Margaret's Bay is a beautiful location we are returning customers.

Do not buy a caravan from Parkdean. It's a dreadful company to deal with, full of smarmy sales boys. We bought a static caravan in 2024 but due to severe disability we could no longer use it so had to sell. Parkdean had no interest in buying it back and said they would take a 15% seller's fee plus VAT off a sale even though they weren't involved in the sale. I'd call this daylight robbery. This did get overturned when my MP wrote to them after which they started grovelling saying they want to help us. We did eventually sell the caravan at a loss of over £40 ,000. Staff at Parkdean are only interested in you if you're buying, they couldn't care less if you're not. Also, we had to shop around as their suppliers charge much more for commodities/utilities such as insurance and draining down before site closure. They have absolutely no loyalty to owners, we were told this quite soon after purchase but found out how true that was. We sold with over 5 months site fees remaining which they refused to reimburse. Disgusting company, don't warrant any stars but there isn't that option.

We stayed at regent bay morcombe 17th til the 21st August first impression over flowing bins .we went to reception and received our keys to a bronze dog friendly caravan it was heavenly stained carpets cigerette hole and big stain on the buffet a very old dated sofa dirty undersink pipe that looked like it had been fixed and not cleaned up .we paid 450 pound to stay in wait id describe has a sess pit we left after two days I couldn't stay there any longer

So i asked for a extra day they wanted £87 but it cost me £177 for 4 nights at Carmarthen Bay Holiday Park. i think the price for 1 night is disgusting when over 4 days it comes to £44.24 that includes early check in. And i havnt got there yet. i cant cancel because i didnt put cancellation on

All I can say is if you’re thinking of going here don’t go !! The accommodation is disgusting so so dirty even after complaining and cleaners coming again. The place is still filthy. The mould on walls the wallpaper hanging off holes in the wall just overall the most abysmal place. The hygiene in the park is also awful the toilets are so disgusting I wouldn’t even use them. The whole place smells of wee. Swimming pools were so filthy I felt sick walking in. You can’t get booked onto any activity so you have to queue up and it took 2 hours queuing to go swimming. Overall the worst holiday park I have ever ever stayed in. We spent as much time out of the park as possible n

Really quick and easy booking process with Parkdean Resorts. I booked our stay at Vauxhall Holiday Park using my Blue Light Card discount, which was a great bonus. Everything was straightforward, and we’re now looking forward to our stay in February 2027! 😊

The caravan was filthy it was not cleaned.The entertainment hub was filthy if smelt of a public toilet complete disquisting.woman who works in boathouse restaurant chelsea extremly ignoranant and not nice.2.30 on 18th august wrestling was horrible it was like an adult movie the words and actions that both the referree and 1 of the wrestlers were using were vile and they should both be reminded it is a kids holiday site.DO NOT USE PARKDEAN.FILTHY AND DISQUISTING

The lady was so helpful but the only downside was I needed an accessible caravan and 2 others for carers and had to pay two lots of location fees so the carers caravans could be near to the disabled clients one. So each carers caravan had an extra £35 charge.
