Absolutely filthy disgusting site.

Absolutely filthy disgusting site.
Rubbish everywhere, touring toilet block rank smashed off doors. Swimming pool changing rooms full of nappies. 3 hour wait for food. Do yourself a favour and book anywhere else. Left a day early, staff useless and had the cheek to send me an email, instead of having the balls to call me. Joke.

Lizards Point Holiday Park

Lizards Point Holiday Park, lovely amazing area but the park needs work. Some staff memebers on reception are not friendly or helpful. The vans are rather outdated, and grading only goes on the size of the van so if you book gold be prepared to get a small, tired damaged van. We eventually got to change van due to a helpful maintenance manager called Bradley still not the best, oven didn't work so pizza was ruined when we tried to cook it for over an hour, that got replaced next day we went out during that replacement only to return to the van stinking as they had left the grill on which burned/melted the plastic handle to the grill tray only advice was to open all windows then they sent a replacement grill tray which was too small. The water pressure is terrible cannot use tap when in shower or flush a toilet. A dog from the camping area kept barking most nights yet nothing was done about this. Laundrette needs a good clean too. If it wasn't for the location we would of left.

Staying at Lizard Point

Having arrived at Lizard point and spent my first night in a very small caravan. I was able to upgrade the very next day and therefore allow my family and I to have a better stay. The site is fairly clean (improvements could be made), activities were well planned and the staff made it enjoyable for both children and adults. Only issue was the poor bar service and booking from the table only works if staff actually do their job otherwise tend to blame the customers for orders not being completed. Rest of the departments lived up to Park Dean standards bar staff need retraining and some staff removed.

Disappointing stay at Parkdean Resorts Trecco Bay

We booked Premium accommodation at Parkdean Resorts Trecco Bay, expecting a higher standard of cleanliness, comfort and overall quality. Unfortunately, our experience was far from premium.

The accommodation was not cleaned to the standard we expected, and we also had a serious issue with ants, including ants getting into and spoiling our food. This was unhygienic, frustrating and had a significant impact on our holiday.

When customers pay extra for Premium accommodation, they should be able to expect a clean, well-maintained and pest-free environment. Sadly, we did not receive the standard we paid for.

Given the cleanliness problems, the loss of food and the disruption to our stay, we feel that appropriate compensation or a partial refund is justified. We hope Parkdean Resorts takes our complaint seriously and provides a fair resolution.

Avoid Parkdean, something has gone seriously wrong

Avoid Parkdean. Something has gone seriously wrong here. After the most terrible service received at Looe Bay Holiday Park, I was given a partial refund of not even 10% this is.
I was told this would be received within 7 - 10 working days. This isnt the case; there is no one to talk to, and after 4 attempts of contacting chat informed it will be another 14 days.
Something has gone seriously wrong at Parkdean; staff have no customer service skills, parks are run-down, and accommodation is dangerous and uninhabitable.
I would seriously avoid as there is much better resorts and companies out there.

Southview touring park

We use the touring in our motorhome and have been a few times to southview. Our daughter and family were staying in one of the vans next to cedar lake which was very nice. We like the restaurant. However the shower block is in a poor condition. Having a shower was not a nice experience and the toilets through no fault of the campsite were filthy. Maybe needed checking more often. I chose to shower in my daughter's van in the end.

Great location and very clean caravan

Great location and very clean caravan. There are loads of activities for kids. The crowd is not good for evening, saw fights and rude customers at multiple times. The WiFi is very bad and phone reception even worse. We might go again in the future just for location as it close to Camber Sand beach.

We visited Romney Marsh for a family…

We visited Romney Marsh for a family getaway and thought the park was lovely and clean and very relaxing sitting outside in the sunshine
The entertainment was very professional and we met Ellie and Amy who were great hosts and entertainers and made our stay most enjoyable
Food and drink was really good and prices reasonable. Thank you to the team at Romney we will be back

Pre holiday.

Pre holiday.
Did online ID successfully back in January.
Tried with no success today to ask someone at Parkdean if I still needed to take physical ID with me on hol as would rather not carry a passport etc around with me on hol and the portal confirms my online ID as successful.
I didn't want to travel over 150 miles without documents to not be allowed in the park..
No way could I get to speak to anyone- all options to choose from were not relevant to my request apart from 'speaking' to someone which I chose but I was repeatedly by-passed to another recording which repeated the options all over again?
So through frustration I selected to speak to someone by selecting 'book' a hol.
Once I got through the lady repeatedly said 'hello'-she obviously couldn't hear me although I could hear her as I repeatedly said hello back.
She had no alternative but to end the call.
A very frustrating amount of time wasted to ask such a simple question, to avoid carrying my personal documents.

Deluxe lodge? Not at all….

We stayed in a deluxe 6 berth lodge at camber sands. There was 2 adults, 3 teenagers and a dog, the accommodation was tatty, ripped net curtains, on some windows they didn’t fit. The curtains were stained, and the windows were filthy. The sofas were tatty and the bath panel had a big crack in it. Shower was mouldy and lots and lots of chewed panels and furniture! Disgusting with advertising very misleading! Lots of biting insects and was forced to keep doors and windows closed, as I was bit on my leg (the biggest bite I’ve ever had). The master bedroom my oldest niece slept in and the bedroom with 2 single beds my other nieces slept in, we slept on the sofa bed, you would think both sofas has a bed being a 6 berth, but no, it didn’t. For a week costing £1800, you would expect more from a deluxe lodge. The camp itself is nice, but the shop is very expensive, £4.10 for a tub of gravy granules, and a small brown sauce costing £4.50! We needed to going to Tesco to do a big shop 35 mins away. The food in the restaurant was okay, but again over priced, we ate out 4 times and each time it cost on average £110 for 5 meals and 5 drinks. I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for a deluxe lodge, as some of the caravans looked far better and are much cheaper. I have pictures but unable to upload here.

Post-booking biometric trap: Demanded facial scans after taking my money

Paid online for a touring pitch and everything seemed fine. A few days later, I received an email demanding I complete third-party biometric facial identification before arrival.I am currently away travelling without my physical documentation, making it impossible to fill this out. I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to resolve this, only to be rigidly told it must be filled out before arrival with absolutely no other options provided. This invasive requirement should have been explicitly requested and handled at the time of booking, not forced upon paying customers days later. Enforcing biometric data loops with zero flexibility while people are already on the road is unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
