Beware high contact phone charges to park resorts
I booked a few holidays with park resorts.
it does state the high phone charges on the booking page.
However when booking the holidays the charges amounted to quite a noticeable added extra on my phone bill, when I received it a few months later.
I did contact park resorts to question why they charge such high phone charges to book holidays. The amount of people that book the holidays amounts to quite a lot if money.
In my case approx £14 in phone charges just to book a few breaks away, so readers can see the considerable amount of charges if we multiply this by the amount of people needing to speak to a park resorts adviser on the phone, regarding their holiday booking.
I did contact Park resorts unfortunately park resorts were not able to justify these charges.

We have stayed at Park Resorts many times in the past and have always found the park resorts in Wales and the North are much better quality, and friendlier than their parks down the South, Ocean Edge is fantastic, well worth a visit!

we love our vans theres six van owners alone had enough on woodlands cresswell the sales manager will do nothing to help sort these problems in two caravans alone theres two ladies in poor health they might not look it but they are its about time head osffice stepped in its a disgrace to be treated like this he aked for impossible payments nasty and un helpful
