Product selection was good
Product selection was good. Claim to be lowest price around, but found out I paid double. Customer service was curt. When I discovered the price was double I asked to cancel and they told me 10-14 days to get a refund. I kept the order but it will be the last one.

Expect delivery by the end of the week via USPS Priority mail. We were short the Your Name toner, which we have refunded to your credit card.
Return Cost
Return Cost. I received a defective product. The container arrived warped which let in air and dried out the product, making it unusable. The product cost $19. Cost me $14 to return. I am out the $14. The product should never have been shipped out to a customer, it was obviously warped. Their oversight resulted in me losing $14 and them losing a customer.

Items were packaged very excessively
Items were packaged very excessively. There were several empty heavy duty plastic/bubble wrap USPS mailers plus the rest of the box filled with many styrofoam peanuts. These were plastic bottles and didn't need all this extra plastic. I regretted making the order because of all the excess plastic that will now end up in a landfill for hundreds of years.
