They explain why this is good for you, offering research to back it up and how it is safe for most people.
However, when ordering it’s not completely clear what the differences (items, choice of flavors and total cost) in the 5-day fasts are.

I have used Prolon FMD twice now and loved it!! I can't wait to try the NexGen box!! I love the idea of the soup being pre-made and eating it hot or cold 😎 It will be so convenient for work 🙂
I am especially looking forward to this round. Just found out I am pre-diabetic, and I want to curb my cravings to sugar.

Tasty and satisfying!

Easy and doesn't taste that bad. However it's extremely expensive and it is not personalized for me. I have double the results using AI to design a fast for my personal goals and it's tailored to my BMI and labs.

I like the product and the customer service. It is a quality product and the advertising and true to what is being provided. That said, it is a little hard for me to justify the cost from the customer perspective. I understand that from the seller you need to meet your targets but as I look at my weekly budget for my regular groceries I pay below of what I pay for the Polon.

I love the one day version. I still wish you made the soups/kale crackers to purchase individually. There's some days I just need that for a quick lunch!

ProLon makes a fasting reset easy. The soups are tasty and satisfying. We were never hungry. This time I will allow myself a few ounces of coffee first thing in the morning to stave off caffeine withdrawal headaches.

Just ordered today and it is on its way already. I love when the order gets out quickly. It was very easy to pay for the order online.

This was a professional, beautifully packaged protocol. The 5 day fast was really not difficult, and although I was afraid the food would be hard to get down, it was actually good. I am in love with the Olives!! I had more energy, my brain was clearer and I lost weight, which does not usually happen easily. Will do this regularly.

So far I have had such a great experience! I got a five day fasting box for myself and my husband. I have reached out to Customer Service for a few things and they have been amazing in response time and conflict resolution. I highly recommend these products and their fasting protocol. I truly was surprised how great the food tasted.
