I ordered matrix Biolage color fast…
I ordered matrix Biolage color fast shampoo and matrix colorfast conditioner. I got Biolage shampoo and conditioner not by matrix . I returned the product and still have not received a refund . Matrix color, fast shampoo and conditioner are different from bio shampoo and conditioner. I received two emails saying I did receive what I ordered, but I did not receive what I ordered. Thank you.
