Wrong colour. Absolute waste of money. Provided what they told me was the paint code, wrong colour grey.

Before your buy anything from this company read the print, they say they use “custom mixing technology to provide THE EXACT match to the vehicle paint colour “ before I ordered I confirmed the colour when it arrived a read the full instructions and applied as instructed… it’s turned out ok head on but despite putting two coats of lacquer it’s DULL … side on is blotchy

I did send an email before starting the work asking to add another can of paint … just in case NO reply … tried to contact them by phone today … website phone number is dead … now I have a car that looks like

Ordered touch up pen and scratch remover bundle never received touch up pen,sent an email 5 days ago still no reply got a reply today sending out a touch up pen.

Simple to order, the 3 cans (undercoat, colour and lacquer) arrived in under a week. I spent a while preparing (filling & rubbing down) till all scrapes were gone. Masked area and sprayed, light rub down between coats, 3 coats from each can…. When finished colour match was perfect, ok my car is only 6 years old so not faded yet. I had no issues and happy to recommend an excellent product.

We used the enter your reg feature for colour matching. The first kit sent out didn't even come close to matching. Second kit was slightly closer so we tried it and still doesn't match. Customer service takes absolutely ages to respond if they do at all. After all this they've processed a partial refund for an unusable product 1.5 months later. Horrible service.

I never received my order, had to go ask after 7 days where it was. Received no response. Found on my bank statement they refunded me on day of purchase! Seriously, could you not just say my order was not in stock? Poor experience, you need to get your customer service people on customer service training!

GOrdering was easy, unfortunately I cannot rate the product as still not received it after placing my order on the 5th August. It is now the 18th August and still not received it. I have sent 2 emails but only received 1 reply
Obviously they have a problem with shipping . I will wait a few more days, but not good service
I hope this will be resolved soon if so will write another review concerning the product

Customer care is lacking. I would not purchase from this company.

Paid for express delivery - this did not happen.
Very poor colour match so sent in photo to help line - no reply.
Chased up after 1 week still no reply.
Shoddy service from start to finish - will not recommend using this company

Despite advertising a 100% guaranteed paint match, the paint I received did not match my car.
I contacted the company politely to raise the issue and received an automated response saying I should expect a reply within 2 days. It has now been 10 days, and my emails remain unanswered.
The lack of customer communication is extremely disappointing, particularly when the company advertises a paint-match guarantee.
Please be wary of the 100% paint-match guarantee and consider the lack of after-sales support before ordering. Based on my experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this company

Ordered from this site..VW dolfin gray....fantastic, first time a touch up paint has matched a car thar I've owned...and I've had many cars over my 50 years of driving I think that says it all

My Nissan Note is an unusual shade of dark, metallic blue. Off the shelf purchase of a touch up aerosol proved fruitless.Ordered with PaintNuts giving my registration. Aerosol delivered in a matter of days - a PERFECT match! Thank you. PaintNuts!

I ordered a PaintNuts “all you need” colour matched spray paint bundle. Car reg and paint code given. Five days later I received an email saying that my car has what is known as a 3 stage pearlescent paint finish. So it wasn’t all I needed in that I was now required to purchase 2 other items. No price was given. It may be genuine but I find it a bit dodgy. I’ve requested a refund and cancelled my original order as I’ve lost faith in the company. I’ll wait and see how long it takes to refund me.

Everything was perfect! Colour match on my son's old car using the car reg. as reference was spot on, faultless. Simple ordering and prompt delivery. Utterly seamless, thanks very much indeed. Ü x

First time I’ve repaired paintwork on a car in decades. The tech has clearly improved and PaintNuts pack provided everything I needed and clear instructions on how to use it.

Terrible customer service.

I placed two previous orders for paint, and the quality and coverage were excellent. I then ordered another can to continue the same project, using the exact same preparation and application, but this batch was completely different. The paint was much thinner, had poor coverage, and bubbled. Comparing it with the previous paint I still had, the difference in consistency and finish is obvious.

Customer service has been extremely disappointing. I was promised a response within two working days, but after multiple emails and phone calls I was repeatedly left waiting. When I finally received a response, I was told the issue was due to an "environmental reaction," despite the paint being applied to the same surface in exactly the same way as before.

The company has refused to provide a replacement or refund, despite the paint clearly being faulty. If this is not resolved in line with my statutory consumer rights, I will request a chargeback through my bank and report the matter to Trading Standards.

Very disappointing experience, and I won't be ordering from them again.

I found that Paint Nuts was a pleasure to deal with. The colour match was perfect, and indistinguishable from the the original paintwork. The instructions given enabled me to achieve a first class finish, given that I'd never done this sort of thing before. Ordering the product was easy, and the delivery was prompt, I can recommend Paint Nuts without reservation

Ordered a spray can to match a colour sample I sent in. The product arrived next day and was a very close match.
Friendly and helpful service.
