I ordered and received a paint pack (a kind of pen) for a bmw car: bmw blacksaphire N° 475 which is the BMW reference
Instead of black, it is brown! Totally useless

The touch up all in one pen is so easy to use it is a lot easier to use than the touch up stick you get from the main dealer and it is perfect match highly recommended

Very good touch up paint that matched what I wanted to do perfectly. Much cheaper than having it done at a garage and dried quickly so was able to complete the spray of the bumper trim in a short period of time.

Found the paint not to be great. The primer in particular was dry on the brush in seconds making it near impossible to apply. Wasted my time.

Touch up pen arrived promptly, the colour match was spot on excellent coverage on my BMW. Easy to use no fuss. Brilliant product would recommend to anyone.

the worst paint I have ever bought, total crap. Don't know how they are still in business. tried 6 different tins /3colours thin as water one can blocked straight off, sprays where it feels like and so thin runs are inevitable. Don't what other reviewers got but mine was total rubbish.

I was a bit cautious about using touchup paint factory after seeing some of the reviews on here.

However I had a paint chip on my giant bike and I wanted to cover it up.

I contacted giant to get the pantone and gloss settings for the bike, then ordered on the website.

Parcel came quickly - included a cleaning swab, a paint pen, a spare nib, some leaflet instructions.

Application was easy.

Colour match seems good.

Nib dries quite quickly so not sure how much I'll get out of it - but hopefully I'll never need more scratches repaired...

10ml pen is really small - but it's plenty for a small chip on a bike.

Not the cheapest paint, but it did just work - so 5*

I bought this product back in April 2024 and I've only just got round to using it. It definitely didn't disappoint. The colour match is perfect and the pen is so easy to use. I had quite a few stone chips around the car and now it looks so much better. This is highly recommended 5* I'll definitely be ordering one for my wife's car.

The site provides a very easy way to find the right colour for your car by simply entering the car registration number. Colour match was perfect and the 3 in 1 touch up pen makes it super easy to fix small chips in the car paint. It barely takes a few minutes. The pen comes together with a cleaning cloth to remove any dirt, wax or TPU coating before applying the paint, which is great service. Can't think of an easier way to fix your scratches and chips on your car.

This wonderful touch up paint pen is just like a simple felt tip, just what I wanted, offering precision control. Not like a previous purchase from 'a different company' in which I received a flimsy paint applicator that cracked and went everywhere. The Colour match is perfect to my Range Rover. It unexpectedly came with anti-static wax grease remover swabs.
