It took more than a week to arrive.
The pen was leaking paint .
Tried to get in touch with them .2 emails and chat. No response for 2 weeks now.

Paint arrived too late to use so have returned it. Company had not replied to any emails or chats or on social media.

Update 27/04/26
Royal Mail are returning the paint I sent back saying that company are no longer at that address. It seems that the address has not been changed and the company are going to remedy this. Explanation email and apologies accepted, it’s good to talk (well email)

Ordered touch up stick. Paid extra for next day delivery. It was not sent until day three and I received it on day four. By then I didn’t need it so emailed to return it. No reply. Sent it back to their address and it was returned again to me with ‘gone away’.

I was really impressed with how easy it was to use for a 60 year old woman with no experience. The colour was a perfect match even though my car is over 20 years old. Delighted with the results.

Colour match is nothing like the colour of the car. The paint is also very thick and almost impossible to apply evenly (yes, I did follow the instructions).
Not recommended.

By the cheap looking advert accompanying my order, which incidentally contained nothing I had asked for which is most peoples experience judging by the reviews, this looks like the old pyramid selling technique which says it all really. No knowledge or interest in whats being sold and clearly no comeback when you are ripped off.
I wouldnt touch this set up with a barge pole.

Took three goes to get my touch up for my car right. My car is a pale grey metallic, and they send me a bronze touch up. I asked for it to replaced with the correct one, which they did quite quickly. Second one arrived and again the wrong colour, they sent a white metallic. This was after I photographed the colour of the car and the plate on the car which tells you the colour!!
Got in touch for a third time and spoke with someone, who then sorted it. Product is easy to use and was delivered quickly. Probably needs to be a bit more care getting the correct colour sent out the first time.

Do not use this company. I ordered a paint pen with next day delivery. It did not arrive. I tried to contact them via the chat forum - no reply. I then asked for a refund via email - no reply. The paint arrived 8 days later - no longer needed and I'm 20 pounds out of pocket with a paint pen full of the wrong blue!! Some people have big ideas of running their own company but simply don't have the skills.

" order in 1 hr for next day delivery" done that, paid the extra £5.99 postage.... took 3 days to drop it at post office. Tried calling numerous times, left voice mail sent emails. No reply... avoid (mine hasn't even turned up yet im just so annoyed with the total lack of communication and extremely slow next day not existent delivery"

Absolutely shocking. Ordered an aerosol can of paint. Arrived in a bubble wrap lined envelope (expected it to be a box). Before using I shook the can for ages and it was at room temperature as the instructions state. First spray and so much of the paint leaked out from under the nozzle, all down my hands and the can. Tried to reposition the nozzle to make sure it was secure and the same thing happened again. I contacted customer support and they are useless, I asked to return the item and get my order refund, sent pictures of proof, and they said that because it had been ‘used’ they cannot initiate a return or refund. I will be going back to touch up paint factory and I recommend everyone else to do the same. Looks like 90% of these other reviews are saying the same.

Ordered a paint pen and small pot of paint for the same car. It was immediately obvious that they were different colours - one matched and one didn’t. The one that did match had the consistency of old varnish and went on lumpy and sticky. Both were absolutely unusable. I have emailed the company several times and had no response.

Like many other reviewers here I have had a terrible experience with this company. Don't be seduced by the flashy website - the customer care and communication is non-existent. I ordered touch-up paint, primer and lacquer, but the paint I received was black and not the pale grey I specified - using my car registration I might add. I contacted the company numerous times with no response. I tried to contact the company regarding a refund and return, but heard nothing. I finally managed to obtain a credit card refund from my bank after going through a fairly laborious process, so a positive result in the end.

Website was really easy to use. The goods were posted swiftly and arrived earlier than expected, with a thank you leaflet which provides details on how to use the the touch up pen. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

AVOID THESE PEOPLE. Charge for next day delivery and still waiting several days later. Tracking ref is invalid, Customer Chat doesn’t work, no reply from them. CRIMINALS.

What a con...Ordered 2 x BBS Bronze Alloy wheel paint aerosols with next day delivery.
I received only 1 aerosol and it was two days late. Tried phoning several times, but went to answer phone, left a message but heard nothing back. Emailed but no reply.
So in summary...paid £29 for one Aerosol and it was late! Avoid...read all the reviews!!!! I should have but didn't. Also website has a 4.7 out of 5 stars review rating...but it doesn't say who gave it...makes it look like Trust Pilot! BEWARE

Ordered a touch up paint for my 2025 BMW which arrived within four working days. The product was very well packaged. I have used it to touch in a stone chip on the front bumper and the colour match is perfect.
Will definitely use your company again if I require any further product.

Ordered a touch up pen, noticed immediately the delivery address was not correct, phoned spoke to a polite chap who took down the correct address and said it would be with me in a few days …. delivered to the wrong address, phoned countless times, no reply. Just a game of ping pong in emails saying it was my fault ….. please avoid this company and if you do order online PLEASE MAKE SURE the delivery address is correct, online ordering needs to be more transparent on the delivery address. Will I receive my paint, refund? Very poor customer service!!!

Received paint in post, cap was broken, stem of paint cap broken, raised multiple times to have a replacement with no resolution. Paint everywhere in bag. Dreadful company to deal with. Avoid!

Shocking, are they still in business? Ordered a touch up pen, leaked in the post, no mixer ball in the pen so can not shake and mix the paint. 3 emails, 1 email on their on line form, 2 phone calls & even tried the Bot Chat. Please avoid at all costs and spend your money with a reputable company. Have asked for a replacement but can not see that happening.
