Very good service (tenant experience)
We rented in the Oxygen building in Royal Victoria docks in London for about 5 years. We recently moved away in a nearby townhouse managed by Johns & Co and what a big mistake that was...
During the 5 years we were treated very fairly. All our requests were dealt quickly and fairly. Just the occasional rejection but nothing major. We were under the impression that they wanted to keep tenants happy too, while the new property manager apparently sees tenants as nuisances and landlords as their only customers. It is fair to say that we did not have this impression at the Oxygen. The concierge service is also very personalised and handled by a person with the head on his shoulders who is not shy to take initiative and helps in all the way.
The building suffers of chronic problems with the lifts but we learned that it is not the property management to blame, but rather the owners' association.
Yes, I would recommend this property management firm.
