DWP Housing Partnership helped me turn a very stressful situation into a safe, stable home. After a terrible experience in my previous accommodation — living with people I didn’t trust and feeling unsafe — moving into my new flat made a huge positive difference to my wellbeing.
The team were professional, responsive and caring throughout. Special thanks to Emily Walker for her fast replies, clear guidance and real kindness. She made the process simple and respectful.

The agent I dealt with(Emily)was brilliant. She kept good communications with me and resolved any issues quickly.
I have now been in the property over a month and any maintenance problems have been resolved almost straight away.

I had the pleasure of meeting lovely Emily, who helped me find a flat for me and my son. She was professional, friendly and very responsive to any queries that I had. From when I got in contact with DWP housing partnership to when I picked up the keys to the flat, the journey was nothing but smooth and stress free. I turned to DWP as I knew them from before and got registered very quickly. Adam Kille, of DWP Housing, has been looking after me from the beginning. He has been outstanding, far above what I expected, he really looked after me being attentive and very polite at all times. His advice was invaluable and now I'm a very happy tenent. I been happy with Dave wells for 4 years now but soon I get into a but a financial situation because my son was poorly so I couldn’t work they decided to course me stress and send me letter of notice the day of me calling up and trying to set up a good payment plan I hopeing sort the issue out but they not even understanding at all to my personal situation even after mr explaining and offering a payment plan I was crying on the phone and still got notice letter same day it really not great i understand I need to pay rent but they can see on my account I had genuine effort to pay bits of if and when I can… and they say to call and discuss the matter but all that did was land me with a notice a few hours after… I tried so hard to reason with them so when they say phone up and chat to us there is not chatting it just puts you in a more stressful situation it’s a shame because up till today I had nothing but good things to say about them

My friend told me about DWP Housing Partnership when I was homeless, living in temporary accommodation, and had been looking for a home for a long time. Everything happened very fast after that . I got approved and found a place to rent within two months.
Emily helped me with everything and explained all the steps very clearly and kindly. Thank you so much.
The flat I got is very clean and feels brand new. My daughter and I are so happy in our new home. Meeting this company and their team truly felt like a miracle.

I've live in a dwp property for almost 11 years these guys have always been good to me I've just had a painter sent in to do my celling and his name is Lewis he so bloody polite and lovely listen to you and very trustworthy they should be very proud of him well done Lewis great job 👏 can't wait to see it all done now thank u

Thanks to the lovely Michelle, the lettings team & their manager striving to find myself & my doggies a suitable home, I avoided being made street homeless by my previous landlord. It was a horribly stressful time and, at one point, I thought all hope was lost until Michelle, in the nick of time, found me my new flat. I had to wait a couple of months before I could move in as it was being completely renovated but it was so worth the wait as I now have a brand spanking new home - new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, boiler etc - it’s been beautifully done & impressively finished and it’s probably the nicest property I’ve ever rented. And the service is second to none; not just from Michelle but maintenance too. The day after I moved in, I noticed a leak under the sink and within 24hrs of reporting it to DWP Maintenance, the very friendly Dan showed up to fix it. Sorted! And to top it all off, the rent is incredibly affordable - just goes to show really that you do not need to pay rent through the nose to live in a lovely home!
I honestly couldn’t be happier or more grateful to DWP but especially Michelle who has been a godsend - thank you from me & the furbabies. We will always be in your debt!

First time renters with these guys & cannot fault them at all. Michelle. A was our go to point from registering with them to viewing a property & moving in. Every step of the way she kept us updated, always at the end of the phone if we had any Q's & a friendly proffesional approach. Totally takes the stress out of moving.

Totally discusged with DWP housing i haven't been able pay rent for few months due to fruad on my partners account i have just not paid just cant as takes halifax take 45 days to investigate. So can't pay rent as will not relzise money. I struggle badly with combat ptsd from army we both have sent proof of the banks issue. And that it's not just us not paying. They no my background with ptsd that I struggle with but turned up today say in 2 weeks there going to court to evict me and my partner but knowing I have issues never spoke to me about it just brought letter and went away leaving me in a state now we no why so many veterans are on the streets and with bad help I will no survive 💔

Michelle A was very helpful and lovely made the process from start to finish very stressfree and easy, I was over the moon when she rang me to arrange a viewing. Me and my 4 month old baby now have a place we can call home! Thank you Michelle
