I never thought I’d use an online dating app before but it has been so good meeting with so many like minded individuals. Honestly the amount of lovely people on Ourtime is amazing. It’s been a pleasure chatting & connecting with them. Would definitely recommend this site for anyone looking for love & friendship

I was lead to believe it was free.
The site reels you in, however you have to pay to receive and send messages.

I have considerable experience of these websites. My big concern is that before signing up and paying one has to confirm details and upload photos. Fine ! But...what happens if you do not pay. Simple ! You start getting messages from people that you cannot see and that cannot be read. A nice 'hook' to get you to part with cash. But look at this the other way round - you join and you pay and see all those lovely profiles of others and you start messaging. But....then you get ignored. Not lovely profiles after all. Or are they ? Maybe none of them have actually signed up and paid. Maybe they cannot see you or read your messages. Looks a bit like sharp practice to me. Or maybe a total scam ? Like auto re-billing. You have to OPT OUT of this - or they will keep taking your money 'ad infinitum'. It should be illegal but then if you are offshore and not subject to any law then you can simply take the cash and enjoy an amazing lifestyle on the funds stolen from unsuspecting suckers like you. Try joining the local amateur dramatics society - at least you have a modicum of a chance of meeting someone.

Beware ! If you add a photo and your details and do not open an account or pay you will still get messages from prospective matches. So if you pay and join how can you ever know if the person you message us actually signed up and even able to respond. This us very clever sharp practice and frankly us a disgrace

I found it impossible to reach the site on my laptop and could only access periodically using the app on my phone. Impossible to cancel automatic subscription. Received 'likes' from the same people again and again (fault with Ourtime). Absolutely dire experience. I'm aware a lot of these sites have no way of contacting them but certainly wouldn't use this one again.

I don’t trust this company. Its website shows that it has earned 4.5 stars but Trustpilot kicks it back to 1 star. I had one woman using same photo move from Rochdale to Ramsbottom overnight. Another 2 women had exactly, l do mean exactly, dreams and interests, they even appeared in the same order. I believe that some of these women are genuine but as the company wants you to pay before you can message them or check out who has reviewed your profile. I just wish that I could contact some who is happy with my pic and profile. I don’t get enough opportunity to meet likeminded women. This company is just coining it without consideration for feelings and is actually falsifying profiles. I don’t blame the women, there are some lovely photos, but those photos are being misused for profit.

I joined mainly for the promised, numerous social occasions: in six months there have been none!
After repeated requests for no more of the emails, they continued to come.
New profiles were few and far between. I had numerous likes but they were mostly from unattractive or distant men.
In 6 months I had two dates. One from someone who looked far older than his photos and one nice date from a man who was merely a serial dater.
Many profiles were from con artists.
Most profiles were repetitive and from distant, unattractive or mismatched men.
Don't waste your money! I've cancelled now and following other reviews, I will contact my bank to make sure that I pay no more money!

I digned up for 6 months useless sight gull of scammers then they continue to take subscription evrn after csmcelling no replies no feedback stealing my money taking legal sction

I joined and then decided to change my mind, I cancelled my account but have been charged £24.99 a month since. I’m paying this for a site I don’t access and don’t like. Unable to work out how to not pay this monthly subscription for a service I don’t use

Absolutely ridiculous dating site. The worst I've ever encountered. The cost to message anyone starts at £20 for 1 week!!! Yes, thats right, 1 WEEK! A 6 month subscription costs over £100. I dont know how these dating sites are able to continue to exploit innocent people trying to seek a connection with someone. I am absolutely disgusted at this. You're better off staying single at this rate people.

I soon decided that the site wasn't for me, so I didn't sign up for an expensive subscription. However, I could NOT close my account or remove my photos and personal details. I've had to block their emails and now I relly wish that I had seen the these other Trust Pilot reviews before going onto that website.

Awfull!!! Can't delete photo, can only delete account on a computer which i don't have access to. Wish I'd never gone on it in first place!!!

I have not been on a dating site before and am very impressed with Ourtime. The members I have seen are all pleasant looking and decent men who I have felt comfortable connecting with. It’s very early says but so far so good.

I just want to delete my acount, but it is impossible. The help pages dont load ever. This site sucks a*se.
Guess Im now just an extra profile to make up numbers of alleged active members. I'm not...
Some really nasty pieces of work behind this site. You can never delete your profile, and if they have your bank details...look out

Please, for the love of god, don’t part with your money.
90% of these profiles are fake, 50+? No way, more like 30+.
And there is no customer number.

Charge too much. Give likes when you have not done it.

One star is still an exaggeration. This is a scam site. I signed up and then I. could never ever access my profile again . A reset email was never sent.

I'm writing a review here in order to help others avoid this organisation. Ourtime appears to use the same database as match.com, but filtered to show only over-50s. Its advantage is that it has a very large database and that is the only good thing I can say about it. I subscribed to Ourtime some years back and it was fairly OK - I'm a reasonably attractive and intelligent individual and I would get a reply rate of perhaps one in three of those I contacted, resulting in an exchange of messages, a telephone chat and - if we both wanted it - a meeting. I've had a similar level of response on other dating websites I've tried, so I know I'm not being unrealistic. But on Ourtime in 2025? Not one response to almost twenty messages I sent, and not even (so far as I can tell) did one of them even look at my profile. I had two contact messages which came from others I followed up, and they were very suspicious - one definitely using AI to phrase responses, (To check this I asked AI to prepare a message to respond to what I had said, and it was remarkably similar!). I did have a number of contacts from others which I was not interested in pursuing (though I always replied as a matter of courtesy). So my conclusion is lots of fake and completely dormant profiles, quite a few bad actors, and - I suspect - completely bogus profiles set up to contact subscribers to try to keep them engaged. Complaints in response to satisfaction questions are met with standard computerised responses, Beyond that the functionality is poor and the filters ineffective.
