Item description unclear- and blames it on “we only sell to professional users- salons”

However, no where was it mentioned business name was required.

If you want want to sell to a large audience then make it clear for the general public as well and not use “professional users” excuse to justify the unclear description. If you want to keep description where only professional users understand, then make this a B2B sales website, stating clearly this is a wholesaler to professionals and businesses only and business details required. You can’t try to do business with both professionals and general public but not provide enough information, and just assume everyone has professional knowledge?

Customer service was very unhelpful, shrugging off clients saying it’s for professional users only- whilst site is selling to all including general public- makes no sense!

and no where was this mentioned or said activator not included/ needs to be purchased separately- like I said the site is only suitable for professionals and businesses like you claimed, so it would only make sense if you sell to business only and not suited for the general public****

The delivery was prompt!

The delivery happened throught APC which was a first time and never again. A delivery sceduled to be received came 6 days later with no way to track or contact them. It was shown out on delivery every day. When it did arrive the product was good unfortunately there seems to have been a mix up in colors and now im dreading the return process.
