The order process was very easy and quick.
We made a small mistake when completing the order - the team at OSR helped us and were very swift with their response.

DONT TRUST THEM! They claim they ship packages quickly and that orders arrive within a few business days. That’s a lie. I will have to wait almost two months for my order! This is absurd and plain fraud. They don't want event to do something about it.

I was trying to cancel my order before it was even shipped to my house but I don't think that's going to happen. I don't want it and would like my refund. I may have to contact the Better Business Bureau.

Worst service ever the company didn't inform that they can't parcel physical package to india and take full payment now they are not replying to my emails.

I had emailed them 3×3 weeks later after I hadn’t received my product just to find out that they couldn’t ship it to the United States. Why did they even offer shipping to the United States? They want me to upgrade my shipping ha ha I want them to pay for my upgraded shipping or cancel and refund all my money as soon as possible and take it off the United States since you can’t even freaking send it there.

It's such a unique gift idea that people actually remember and appreciate. The quality is excellent - everything arrives beautifully packaged and looks really professional. You can tell they put care into what they do.

The customer support was helpful too. You might need to wait a bit for responses, but when they get back to you they're thorough and actually helpful, which I appreciate.

Not responding at all on time really bad service

I recently ordered a star from OSR and I am very happy with my experience. The process was simple and the website was easy to use. The gift set is beautiful and makes a truly unique present. Wow, I gave this to my husband and he couldn't imagine how it was possible to name a star, now we've got our own star forever, this is very special, you can also choose the color of the star and the constellation, I've picked the premium one and it's beautiful, the team it's also very helpful, thanks very much OSR.

I ordered the physical package. I got it on time and it looked awesome. I was very happy with the product. I did make a error in the name and the type of star however, and i was afraid I couldnt change it anymore. On e-mailing the company, they responded immediately and assured me that they would change the name and the star and send a new package. I am VERY happy with their costumer service. I would highly recommend!

Iam so absinthe because until know I didn’t receive my order and they are asking me to choose another delivery!! I want my order know!

Why aren't they responding? Why hasn't my package arrived? Are they going to rob me?

It is the best gift I ever had. Very original, special and unique. You can see that there is a lot of love and effort in it.
