Every step of the way was clearly explained. The staff were amazing and meade me feel at ease throughout my journey.
Dr Muhammad Kazmi and his surgical team at the Bridgewater Centre in Manchester were absolutely amazing.
Today I had my follow up appointment the day after the surgery and Maryanne and Michelle went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable whilst I wanted for my appointment.
Highly recommend Optical Express Manchester for anyone wanting to go Glasses Free!

The whole process was informed and smooth right from the consultation with rebecca and Hannah in Swansea. They were informative and reassuring and communicative throughout the whole process

Replacement lens surgery
I had lens replacement surgery at Optical Express Milton Keynes and my experience has been fantastic. The procedure itself was completely painless, and everyone made me feel relaxed from start to finish.
The whole team were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special mention to the two Arrons, who were both amazing and really helped put me at ease throughout the process.
It’s only day one, but I can already read my iPhone without my glasses – something I haven’t been able to do for years! It’s still early days, but everything is progressing really well.
I’ve been so well looked after. The team have been patient, reassuring, and always happy to answer any questions. I couldn’t have asked for better care and would highly recommend Optical Express Milton Keynes to anyone considering lens replacement surgery.

Awesome Experience
Excellent experience from everyone at Optical Express Milton Keynes from my very first appointment a few weeks ago, then yesterday having my surgery done on both eyes. The surgical team were all awesome explaining everything to me every step of the way. Today I have been back for my post operative appointment. The treatment has been amazing and to wake up this morning without reaching for a pair of glasses was awesome. Thanks to Aaron & Alex for looking after me today!

My appointment was running late. Adri was very friendly and took the time to keep me updated on my appointment schedule. He explained each procedure thoroughly and in an efficient manner.

Switching to Contact Lenses
I visited Optical Express in Ayr having ordered contact lenses. I usually wear glasses but wanted to try lenses for my daughter’s wedding. Sandra and the Team could not have been more helpful. It was very important to them that I was able to put my lenses in and take them out. After a few attempts I did this, down to my clumsiness and not the technique advice I was given. The staff are most welcoming and it was a positive and pleasant experience. Thank you.

Lens replacement
I have just had a lens replacement at the Nottingham eye hospital and have had a very good experience. From arriving on the day, to leaving after my 24 hour post op check up, everyone that has dealt with me has been brilliant. I wasn't nervous but felt if you were everyone here would certainly put you at ease. I am delighted with the result so far!

Amazing experience from the Glasgow team, from the first consultation all the way through to treatment day and aftercare, the whole team could not have been anymore helpful and supportive.
Everything was so smooth and professional from day one, 100% recommendation for Glasgow optical express for laser eye treatment, and the staff made this whole experience much more relaxing.
Lovely guys on the welcome desk, full of smiles and really lovely to deal with, makes the first point of contact a success in putting your mind to rest. Thank you for all your help and support, mention to the boys Matthew and Faisal for the warm welcome and looking after me on the recent visit

Laser eye consultation
I had my laser eye consultation on Saturday, 11th July 2026 and my experience was excellent from start to finish.
Amy at the Dudley branch was amazing. Her customer service was outstanding and she made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. She explained every step of the consultation clearly and took the time to answer my questions at all the right moments, making the whole experience reassuring and informative.
I also met Amir virtually. He was professional, friendly and explained the procedure in detail. He offered helpful guidance and reassurance and confirmed that I was a suitable candidate for the treatment, which gave me real confidence.
The clinic itself was modern, spotless, air-conditioned and had plenty of easy parking. Overall, my experience so far has been fantastic and I’m looking forward to the next stage of my treatment.
