The customer service is amazing. Valeria and everyone that attended to me there are excellent.

Very friendly and helpful from the moment of entering the store from initial eye test with Maran, to a full eye examination with Berneis who was very patient and talked me through all options available with no pressure. Laura assisted me with choosing some lovely glasses, all in all a very pleasant experience, Dumbarton Optical express will definitely be my local optician going forward . Thank you.

Great experience, was a little sore after treatment when the anaesthetic worn off but same day my vision was 20/20 with little to no pain, very helpful and reasonable staff. 5stars from me

I had a lence replacement operation and since then I have been having difficulties with my eye and they have refused to see be unless I paid for another consultation after I already paid £10,000 for the surgery.
The after care they provide is zero to nothing and I won't advise anyone trusting them with their eye. I regretted having the surgery as I am better off without it.

Great experience in Belfast. Saraij was amazing and friendly. The two girlls, one was named Deborah (sorry forgot the other name but you know who you are!) who brought me in on the day made me feel so calm and comfortable and made me laugh. Everyone who worked with me were really nice and made a scary day into a relaxing one. Thank you

I had LASIK eye surgery and had a brilliant experience from start to finish!
Dana, Anna and Hayley were very kind and responsive throughout the whole process; Dana and Anna explained everything in great detail and Hayley was quick to respond with any queries I had.

The optometrist is the best I have ever met.Clear and obvious that she is knowledgeable as a result of the role but her delivery is the best I’ve seen in any industry and I’ve seen many. I don’t want to name her but she is in Manchester One on Portland Street. I employ 350 people currently in a totally different industry but talent and personal skills are not always combined. This lady is an exception to that rule. I should also say that all the staff were excellent too.

I went to both the Maidstone Clinic and the Clinic in Dartford to have Laser Eye Surgery. The Clinic in Maidstone conducted my initial consultation and scans and then the one in Dartford is where I had my surgery. All the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. My Surgeon Dr Muhammad Memon was unbelievable. He was so welcoming and really made me feel at ease about my surgery. He talked me through every step of the procedure both before and during. He also found something in my eyes that has never been picked up before which needs to be monitored. I could not fault him at all. I would really recommend the surgery as even in the few days since, I have noticed a massive difference. I would also recommend Dr Memon to anyone who wants to have the surgery.

I went to Optical express for cataract surgery after recommendation from a very satisfied friend . The NHS had said I needed Toric Multifocal lenses as I had astigmatism and having monofocal lens provided by the NHS meant I needed to wear varifocals for the rest of my life .

The staff at Optical Express were pleasant and competent .
However both made negative comments about the NHS . The optometrist told me that they saw NHS patients with the basic lenses used by the NHS coming in for additional treatment . This was odd because at the end I was being strongly recommended to return to the NHS for monofocals . I have allergies and health problems and the impression that both my husband and I had was they didn’t to treat me . The Optomotrist kept telling me that there was no point paying for monofocals with them as I could get them at the NHS for free despite earlier telling me Optical Express lenses were better . He also told me that most people wanted cataracts removed to improve their sight not because they wanted to be glasses free . Not my experience with what many on FB said. I felt they didn’t listen to me particularly when I said I was an artist and needed to be able to see clearly close up
So not happy overall at all . I felt that I was not a simple case and Optical Express wanted to get shot of me .

Absolutely great service today, staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, great dealing with our queries and amazing support then great help with choosing glasses, thank you for going above and beyond and having understanding with us today

On arrival was warmly greeted by Hannah and Rebekah . Hannah was the young lady who has taken me through my appointments . Surgeon very good and the theatre staff were all great during my double lens replacement which was over very quickly!

Visited MK Branch today, 3:30hrs spent with them lots of test. The staff very polite, great facility thats not the issue. Its being told before hand treatment can be between £300/£1200 per eye. Then losing half a days pay to be given a quote of £7,000.
Absolute, joke! They have enough data that could be quoted roughly with an up to date eye prescription on line.
Then kept pushing saying I’ll never get cataracts, with this surgery. Then even after saying I’m not interested, asked they offer finance!
Just pissed me off, if they was up front from the start, could saved my time and said no thank you. My eye sight isn't that bad, hate to think what it would be for older people. Easy for someone to get pressured into it.

Very Good Experience in Glasgow. Faisal Khalique and the team looked after me at my aftercare appointment. I endorse their great care.

The assessment I had with Arjun was incredibly comprehensive, professional and quite enjoyable to be honest. He took time to explain thoroughly the numerous machines used to examine my eyes and answer any and all questions I had. The virtual appointment with the optometrist also worked very well. Overall they did a great job at making me feel relaxed and confident in the services they provide.

My eyesight has been deteriorating for some time now, and the frequency of change in prescription glasses growing ever shorter. On arrival I was offered refreshment and made comfortable. After a thorough inquiry as to my current state of health and condition of my sight, I was asked what I would like to achieve from any treatment. The possible options were explained, enhanced by a short video. I then underwent the most thorough eye exam I have ever experienced. The results were forwarded to a consultant who discussed my treatment plan via video chat. Following this dates, times, and location of the clinic where surgery was to take place were all explained by the on-site staff, along with costs. While lens replacement surgery is not cheap, I am convinced that this is the right course of action for me.
The staff on site, Lily-Mae and Abi, were pleasant, polite and professional, as was my conversation with the consultant.
A comprehensive booklet was given to me, further explaining everything and the terms and conditions of the contract. Additionally, information regarding the background and qualifications of the surgeons who would undertake the procedure was also provided.
I was very impressed by the professional and courtious maner in which I was dealt with at Optical Express.
