Avoid
Avoid! This company likes to drag their feet in the sand when it comes to unwinding agreements over faulty cars that are sold. Management make unqualified decisions that go against what the financial ombudsman and a vehicle inspection report states, Oodle owe me over £2,100 and their “complaint investigation” is dragging on nearly three months, this agreement and the faulty vehicle (that’s now been returned) has crippled me financially and has caused me a lot of issues at home.
The experience I’ve faced is all documented and I will be taking this further as they’re taking advantage of vulnerable individuals.

I purchased a vehicle and within 3 months develop a safety critical fault book it in to a deal ship for repairs and dealer refused to work on the vehicle as stated it will cost money and someone need to pick up the cost finance company were informed and stated that I needed to pay for an inspection when this has already been done and now 7 months on and I am forced to drive a vehicle with a safety critical fault which has wrecked the wheels which now need to be replaced and the financed company are still not intrested and you are expected to pay for a vehicle that is faulty avoid this company at all cost
