Get asked to review again by them which I find hilarious.

Still have received no refund, still have yet to receive any goods. Isn’t this lovely?

Two vehicle rejections and I will never use Zuto again

Showed my two vehicles both Im not happy with, currently rejecting a second vehicle now. I will be seeking finance elsewhere, really really feel let down. I get told I have to return the car to the dealership even though they delivered it to me with a pre-existing fault.

Not really happy with the car

Not really happy with the car, Zuto linked me it and told me it had parking sensors and cruise control. It did not and I’m relying on the car to take my heavily pregnant girlfriend to hospital once a week as she is high risk.

I’m really disappointed in how things have been handled especially if I’m left without a car if it has to go back.

Never received anything + never got full refund

Order: 72052694

Placed an order of £912.97 and never received any items. Customer service are a joke, they take over a week to respond. Håkon (who “handled” my case) only refunded £636.98 and refused to refund the remaining amount of the order, that being £275.99, this due to a claim form you claimed you never received which I have evidence showing it was sent to yourselves. I never received any of the three parcels nor were they delivered to the correct address, the proof of delivery showed a row of four houses in an unknown location and a back garden (which I do not have).

This will continued to be disputed and taken further. As a UK consumer I am not liable for “loosing” the goods. That falls under your responsibility to take action against the courier.

Update:

So the financial ombudsman is involved and the UKICC as I have yet to receive the remaining amount of £275.99

Never received goods + never got full refund

Order: 72052694

I paid £912.97 and only got refunded £636! Never received the goods and disputed via PayPal. Customer service is shocking, takes over a week to get a response. Would never order anything from them again. No apology or any attempt to rectify the issue with delivery.

They ask me to re-order the item?! Ha yeah after what they’ve put me through with the excuses of delivery couriers mishandling the goods and the fact they can’t refund the correct amount.

Charged me £25 and did not inform me of the charges, nor informed me when they took the money. Disgusting. Claimed I didn’t sign some document when I did FIVE times before Christmas.

Cancelled policy with no notification

Cancelled policy with no notification! So my partner had a black box and you cancelled her policy with no notification (yes I’ve checked) which led to her being disqualified for no insurance. I have raised a complaint with yourselves and this will be taken to the ombudsman.

Your pre written templates responses shows that you do not care about your customer base, especially when it comes to a faulty black box. Avoid at all costs!

Never had any problems, only issue I’ve faced is either the delivery of the items as living on a new estate has caused parcels to be delivered elsewhere but my house, hit and miss but sportsbikeshop have always been helpful.

Cheap mats made in China!

Outsourcing cheap quality mats from China to make a profit. The company address is a house with 556 other businesses registered there, the 5 star reviews only are fake accounts which have only ever left one review, on Whipmats. Coincidence? Funny your company logo is the same as Carrobrill which supposedly has a factory in Spain which was disproven and Maplecars in Canada, or even Ultracarmats?
