Richard Fowler provided various options (always appreciated) and excellent advice on these options based around my personal circumstances, which were quite dynamic. This enabled me to better understand which option was best for me and provided me the most flexibility should my situation change. The rest was made easy and the re-mortgage process very effective. As I own my house and have no dependents I decided to have a look at Equity release, I read a few reviews and eventually got it touch with David Farrell, he was very pleasant and professional about the procedure and explained everything clearly before making an appointment to see me. He came and explained everything in detail to me and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Contacted David Farrell regarding lifetime mortgage on behalf of my dad who was looking to gift myself and my partner a deposit for our first house and help us get on the property ladder. He explained the whole process and even when we hit a few hurdles regarding previously overlooked things in my late mother’s estate he was very patient and very accommodating. Always keeping my dad updated and well informed now it is nearing completion I cannot speak highly enough of him. On a personal level he is so approachable and personable. Would not hesitate to use him again for anything house related in the future. Would give 10 stars if possible.
