I don't know if it's a scam, but all their info indicates you have 30 days to cancel/refund if not satisfied. I was able to cancel but getting the song and dance on a refund.

This is a scam. Please don't invest anything into this app. Businesses such as these need to shut down. Firstly their terms are not clear but deceiving, secondly they are not fit for purpose.

I immediately tried to reverse my purchase and of course the Ethiopians who own this company stole my money and won’t refund it it!!! SCAM!!!

They stole my money. I begged them to please refund it as I have never ever opened the app and they said no. I was late paying my rent and ashamed to say I have been feeling suicidal due to the stress. The most awful customer service and company. How do they live with themselves

Wish I had read these comments first 😭 I signed up for a free trial, chose to pay 0.50p for 7 days, then £79 if I wanted the plan but I had 7 days to cancel before further money would be deducted. With in 30 seconds of them taking the 50p out of my account they took £48 not agreed to not authorised and no where did it say additional money would be taken out before the end of the trial certainly not before I’ve even had time to try it out. I emailed straight away contacted them as I can’t afford this but all I got was a no refund policy after further emails I’ve been offered free lifetime access, it’s a scam and I just want my money back, I’ve now raised a complaint with the bank and contacted the ombudsman to complain. And I didn’t even receive the plan they said they charged me £48 for.

I was just about to sign up when, I reached the final page... the payment page. I was scrolling down towards the bottom of that page and noticed you had an alleged side-by-side pic of, apparently a (I use this term loosely), satisfied customer. A female, brown hair, crop shirt and underwear. Here's my problem.... THAT IS NOT THE SAME GIRL!!! First, girl on the right ( me looking at pic ), is shorter, skin color is pinker, no birthing line, the most notable difference I spotted was... THE EARS DO NOT MATCH UP AT ALL! So, you're trying to show results, based on false advertising and I'm going to report you for fraud!

I signed up for a free trial and they make so difficult and sneaky that it did tubed me $126 i never used the spo and feel deceived contacted them and they refuse to refund .

They advertise all this free trial stuff but make the app so you end up being subscribed

This is nothing special and not worth the fee! A "recipe" in the meal plan is carrot sticks??!! Not helpful and stuff that can be gleaned for free elsewhere online. Don't do it! NO REFUNDS either.

The trial/subscription is not transparent and is not done through Google play store etc so you may not realise you have signed up for auto renew.
Customer services refused to refund me and instead offered me a lifetime subscription to the app, which I didn't want in the first place! I won't be signing up to any more trial periods in future.

This is a scam. As soon as you enter any details you are signing up to illegal terms and conditions that include refusing to give refunds. The meal plans are a joke and clearly produced by a random algorithm that puts together the most bizarre meals which literally no-one would eat. They don't make clear it is all vegan/vegetarian. The app is useless unless you like eating tofu three times a day and curry for breakfast. Their terms and conditions breach UK Trading Standards law. Absolute scammers

Scam do not sign up!!! It doesn't work and I had to have my credit union reverse the charge

This app is a scam, and when you want your money back they say no and offer you a lifetime membership after you tell them your dr said no. Don't bother. They are thieves

This is a scam. When you click pay with Paypal, it comes up as donate. Do not send them money.
