Absolutely rubbish do not order from this company... Ordered 2 underbedstorage with lids and 2 duvets sets.... Got the storage containers no lids no duvet sets and 1 of them was broken. I complained and got 1 storage container with a lid sent to me again. After some emails back and fore..... Got half a refund

Scam after 6 weeks still no parcel which I paid for

suibstantial.com Ordered a sweatshirt off line for its pattern and appeal. When I received it, it was nothing like advertised except the look, and that was a printed pattern. Tried to return it and they refused to allow the return. Stating I received what I ordered, even though I told them I was not happy with it. I normally will write good reviews on places but this place is one who deserves below a one star.

The products I received were ok for the money however not all the items I ordered arrived. There was no communication that there were any issues and no invoice/note with the order either. When I told them the order was short they said the item was out of stock. I then had a string of emails back and forth when I asked them to why they had allowed me to order and pay for something that they did not have. I asked them to send different colour as replacement and that they should not have taken an order for product they did not have but they said I would have to pay postage. The customer service at this point was extremely poor and the tone of communication poor.

I ordered and never received. Impossible to get in contact with company. Please do not send money to them. Problem is they will just change the company name ..

Ordered dress from Moda London as featured on Pinterest - literally nothing like the picture and costs more to return than to buy - be careful real scam!!! I might make a tablecloth out of it although fabric so cheap - unwearable!

Would have given 0 stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The shorts I bought were NOTHING like those advertised… “one size fits all” is fine if you are a UK size 8!! No tummy control panel as advertised. Shocking quality, they took more than they cost and spent almost three weeks with a robot customer services trying to return and get full refund. Final options were to pay £12 myself to return for a full refund or accept £6 refund/compensation. Didn’t trust them to refund me for the shorts so gave up and took the £6. Has been paid but will never buy from this company EVER again!

Birseeeing
I had to give 1* as it doesn’t allow me to give none. I had a total amount, I agreed and paid via PayPal. I checked my PayPal account and they had transferred £2:91 more than the total payment. I reported to PayPal and I also sent emails to this online shopping company. PayPal denied me the return of this difference and I have appealed it but I was denied it again. I am still waiting for this company to email me back.

I bought mosquito lamps both arrived no problem product says you can use outside you can switch on /off can't find the on/off button at top so you need t keep plugged in so description not as say just bit of advise for anyone who buys it , but it does work

Ignored my emails

I keep trying to resolve a purchase issue but they have the worst customer service skills ever! I give up and they keep sending emails saying they can’t help me for a mistake they made! I’ve been told that there is a lawsuit in the USA for selling customer information! I was warned not to give them my business but I didn’t listen. Now I’ve experienced it for myself and it’s just another lying 🤥 company pretending to be high quality but they aren’t. They told me they care but after what I’ve been through for two months over a $3.00 product and them choosing the wrong colour but not willing to fix the issue. I mean seriously folks, the amount of time I’ve spent emailing them back and forth..🤬😤…I think I have better luck with Amazon or even Walmart. What a waste of time Temu is!!! Don’t even bother! And this is coming from someone who has paid experience reviewing products. Yikes 😳

I wish I'd read the reviews before I placed an order over a month ago. Not able to track item and when I initially contacted them via email I was told to be patient. All my emails since then are bounced back. Total scam. Anyone who has had the same issues, I recommend contacting your bank and reporting as fraud. Only way to hopefully get the money back and hopefully the bank fraud team can report this scam.

I ordered an eyeglass case
RL showed a hardcase which I wanted. I got a cheap soft case instead. Sending back will cost more than what I paid for so I am stuck with something I did not order and do not want.

I have been waiting since October 2023 for my goods and the usual reply that they are experiencing an issue with their carrier. Rubbish!
I will be emailing them daily and I advise everyone else to do so.
If I can’t get my goods at least I will clog up their email.
