Ordered shoes that were advertised as leather. If these are leather then I am Ho Chi Min. These look like plastic, smell like plastic, and in my opinion are plastic. Don’t waste your money. Go to a proper shoe shop, see what you are getting, before handing over any money.

I sent items to the real real luxury online site to be sold. They lost three of my items. Then they told me i was lying that I didnt send them. I think once received they either lost them or someone stole them. Very Unhappy!

I have been waiting for an outfit from Oct !!!!! Excuse after excuse , couldn't track parcel told me they sent a replacement Absolute crap ,xmas eve and Still no outfit,NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY

Pure ‘N Sun - ordered after seeing on Tik Tok - was advised delivery could take a month. I was unable to track and every time I queried they reassured me that they would fix the tracking. 2 months later and numerous emails I complained to Pay Pal who contacted the company and they advised it had been delivered. Will never use them again and I have absolutely NOT received the goods.

Scammers! I’ve reported them to my bank as they have not sent anything that ordered. Their email, contact details are fake! It does not exist. They are thieves! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM snzlgod.

Does anyone know where these scammers are situated cos I'd like to pay them a visit

I was really worried my items wouldnt turn up, as i always fall for “scam websites” but thanks to Vegas Woolfe the customer service advisor, kept reassuring me of my items being delivered.
The cuddle cushions are a 5 star. My parents and step nan will be over the moon.

I ordered a Bu-Ko leaf blower 79cc . Paid for but received a 63cc blower . After several emails to and from they've not resolved my issue but claim to have tuned this 63cc upto 79cc !!No evidence to prove that from their side .. if the resolve my issue then I will increase the rating .. It arrived earlier than expected by 3 days so wasn't around to check box content.

I would give zero if I could. This business needs to stop their annoying emails you cannot unsubscribe to. I once found them via Facebook and was interested in a cosmetic product. I added it to the cart but, thankfully, checked reviews so changed my mind. For months I get almost daily emails telling me I have items in my cart and offering discounts. I can't unsubscribe and have sent several emails to the company - no response. I reported them as spam several times too. SO ANNOYING AND OBVIOUSLY DESPERATE FOR SALES.

SCAM BEWARE
I ordered a toy at £23 and a £35 direct debit was set up on my PayPal account. Luckily I read these reviews and managed to cancel it straight away.

SCAM COMPANY. I ordered a pair of Skechers trainers and received a pair of very cheaply made trainers and they didn’t even have laces. Beware.

Scam. Took payment, and then asked for code sent by text. Code was for adding to apple pay. I'm on android so they try to clone your cards!

On Sep 2 2023 I ordered a BIY building. They said the site would generate my arrival date. I was happy with the date it said until I looked at the fine print (after confirmation of order) and it said 6-8wks (it is now Oct 24) due to having to be on the cargo vessel. (I work in logistics security so this doesn't really add up but order was already confirmed). The tracking link does nothing. I have sent out many emails about my product with no solid ETA date. Even though I do get a timely reply with other means of product delivery information, it doesn't really give me any more information than my order is at 45% ( and has been for over a wk now). I also told them that I would like a refund and I would be notifying my bank. "Rest assured your order is on its way" doesn't leave me very assured. 🥺🙄
When I now click on "go to store" in my purchase verification email it says "site error".. either this company needs to refund me my money or Google should for allowing unverified sites onto their platform... We work hard for our spending money and these people over seas are just getting paid within one click if a button 😡

Ordered 2 airfryers through PayPal thinking I was safe and no they don't cover them, so what's the point of PayPal!!
NO correspondence phone number inbox full. No item received

Placed an order over a month ago. Haven't received anything. £60 lost :-(

Fake - paid for boots 19 days ago and like previoys reviewer got knick off fake sunglasses in faux rayban case today. Emailed the 'carly' support email twice. Going to report as fraud to card provider.
