Unfortunately I didn’t see these reviews first otherwise I wouldn’t have got ripped off for £79. They make it impossible to simply cancel the subscription on the app or the website provided you have to hunt around for it. Scam artists. They’ve now left me overdrawn for NYE

Oh no!! I’ve fallen into the same trap!! Signed up for the trail at 50p and within a couple of clicks I was charged £79.20. Also had contact with “Jules” via email who also offered a year subscription for free, no thank you!! I will be raising a dispute with my bank and sending screenshots of all other reviews. Really hoping it’s successful and I can get my money back 🤞

I am urging those that have been charged and unable to get their funds back to launch a case with the FTC USA. I have and it's being investigated.

This is a fraudulent company

Do not take the quiz as you think your agreeing to a trial and they take £79 and when you contact them instantly as you get an email they say you can’t have a refund even though you didn’t agree to this in the first place.

Fraudsters avoid at all costs

If there was a option for zero stars I would use it. This is a company who wants to take your money for a service it can't provide. No where during sign up was it immediately obvious that it was incompatible with my phone andwhen it took me several attempts to cancel my Subscription and contact someone they refused to pay a refund. Would advise people to stay away from using this app.

I have read the other reviews and was a bit worried as I have just signed up for the free trial. After some searching, I went to the OMO website and there is a section (after you have logged in) dedicated for subscription control (I cannot add the link to this review for security set by Trust Pilot which is understandable) and cancelled my free trial (which, after 7 days goes full
and the charge of £79.99 for 6 months would kick in / be applied) subscription today. I still have access to the App until 1/1/2024. Apart from the 50p that I have been charged for the trial, as yet, have not had any other monies taken so far. The App itself is pretty simple and easy to use and I think that I probably will sign up for the full package after the trial. I hope that those seeking a refund get positive outcomes. What would be better (in my opinion) would be for them to charge through App store or Google play as I find those options better to control the charges.

Same as everyone here I signed for the trial for £0.50p and it was saying in the email that I’d subscribed for the full package and would take out over £70 pounds in a week. It said to cancel go into account on the app and subscriptions only that doesn’t exist and there is no way to cancel. Please report it to your bank as fraud and to trading standards. I reported it to instagram as a scam and everyone needs to get them closed down. Report to trading standards and if you got it from Instagram to them too. The content is pathetic anyway.

Just to echo the other reviews to say that the service is a total scam. Trying to detail with the company for a refund is futile and infuriating. Ended up getting charged almost £80 for a subscription I didn’t want! Avoid like the plague…

Make sure you cancel the “right” way - this company has very strict rules and will not refund subscriptions taken due to an oversight. I requested to cancel via email and missed the reply which told me how to unsubscribe in the app… instead they took £79.99 out of my account on Christmas Day for an app I have never used 😔

Total scam. Realized quickly that it was shady and contacted them for a refund before even downloading the app. They refused. After having mailed them back and forth where they refused to refund but offered additional services as a compensation (!), I contacted PayPal and eventually got a refund directly from them. Don't even take the quiz. One wrong click, and you have a subscription on your hands.

So I wanted the $0.50 trial and that's what I bought, it brought me to this screen that said reduced price if you just buy the plan now and I swear I clicked procede with trail. but it charged me $80 and I emailed them as soon as I saw the charge. I emailed within 3 hours and they told me I'm not eligible to get a refund.

Scam alert! I paid 53 dollars because my kid enabled the app and they refused to refund. They don’t notify you when charged and don’t work with you on refunds. Don’t click on the subscriptions you will be locked in. Jules in customer service didn’t even seem to be a real person, just sends me arguments daily by email that stress me out. Issue a refund!

They make the cancellation process impossible. You have your free 3 week trial and it automatically takes a large fee out afterwards. It was supposed to send a notification before the trial ended, it didn’t, resulting in £80 being taken out before I could figure out how on earth to cancel it. It doesn’t come up in your Apple subscriptions, you can’t do it from the app, you can deactivate your account from the app but that doesn’t cancel the subscription (which is absolutely RIDICULOUS) so then you can’t even get back to your account to find out how to cancel. And getting a refund is just as impossible. They try to make you think that you have missed all of these ‘very clear’ terms and conditions and just say it’s your own fault for not understanding our very wormy way of taking your money. Very upset with this right before Christmas, and absolutely no sympathy from the team. Disgusting.

I have had the exact same issue as everyone else, beleive you are signing up to 3 day free trial for 50p and they take £79.20. I have had to report this to my bank and trading standards as they reduse to refund me apparently 'all billing and subscriptions are clearly shown' well its funny how this isnt the case, and when asking a friend to sign up no payment options they had gtiven me were shown. This is a total scam and a way of getting money from people.

This company have scammed me. Disgusting!!! I paid £0.50 for a 7 day trial and the next thing I know I am refunded that amount and billed for £72.20.
I have been going back and forth with ‘Jules’ from customer service and am getting nowhere. After reading other reviews, it is clear that this is an on-going issue for lots of customers and I will be taking this further to trading standards. This company need to do the right thing and stop taking advantage of customers.

I went to sign up for the trial…and as I did it kept saying I’d lose more weight on each page I clicked on-until it was more than my goal weight I posted. So that made me suspicious even though I was like- okay maybe they’re being overly enthusiastic…but is a red flag. Hope this helps.

I did the 50p trial but got me to click continue and they took 79.20 with no warning. I argued this with Jules and Peter but they kept saying they wouldn’t refund me because it was clearly in their terms and conditions. After reading other reviews I used this email that someone else sent them and got a refund 3 days later!

As per my last email I am entitled to a refund under the Return and Refund Law of the EU whereby customers are entitled to withdraw and cancel including digital purchases prior to a 14 day cooling off period for any reason. By denying me this right of law you are in breach of that law. Please refund my money within 48 hours. By failing to comply with this request you are breaking EU law. I have not received the 7 day trial. I did not agree to the full purchase price. Your refund policy is irrelevant because it firmly states in EU that I am entitled to a 14 day cooling off period. These are standard terms and conditions set out in legislation to protect consumers. You simply cannot waive these rights in hidden terms and conditions.

I strongly urge you to refund the £79.20 that you have taken from my account without prior agreement and I will be contacting trading standards to report your underhanded tactics along with my bank provider to report you.

By searching on various review forums, most notably Trust Pilot, this is happening on a regular basis and your company has been warned as a scam. It is quite clear from your practices that this is true.

As every orher review about them it is a scam you sign up for a free trial they take 50p off you then they take £79 off you i have argues with Jules for hours and he keeps saying its in my ts and cs even tho i am in my 14day cooling off period i have said im going to trading standards and all sorts i have tried what someone said to put about the refund policy of the EU so far no luck but i wont give. A few hoyrs after ive pestered for a refund and repeatedly told them they are breaking the law they are giving me a refund. Stick to your guns

Horrific. This is an absolute scam. They WILL not send you what they promise. You get a generic app with IM fasting.
I am asking my bank to reverse the charges and not approve this company for any customers ever.
They will rob you and lie to you. They need to be shut down.
