We instructed Ocean Estate Agents to sell our property. From the offset their communication was regular, very responsive to any queries we had and gave us weekly progress updates via a dashboard. No request was too much trouble ie help with redirecting of post, and final meter readings etc. The arrangements for viewings were in full consultation with us, recognising there was lots going on. We had numerous viewings and the house was sold within two weeks. The experience for us could not of been any better and we would highly recommend Ocean Estate Agents. We also used Ocean’s solicitors and the experience was of the same high quality. Thank you to all the Staff.

After putting it on the market, we had a large number of good quality applicants. It was difficult to choose. The advice and support has been excellent. They continue to manage aspects of the letting and I'm very happy with our arrangement.
