I cannot recommend Ocean in Westbury on Trym highly enough. From the day we had our house valued, right through to exchange of contracts, the whole team (including the solicitors) have been invaluable and could not have been more helpful if they tried. I would particularly like to thank Chris, Mel and Marise who are the diamonds in the crown as far as I am concerned and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The whole team at Ocean that we worked with were amazing throughout the whole purchase process. From the estate agent who showed us around, to the legal team, to the mortgage advisor all were professional and kept us informed every step of the way. There was an unfortunate delay with some enquiries and our solicitor Laura kept us in the loop and really pushed to get things over the line just in time. Thanks also to Simon the mortgage advisor who helped to secure the mortgage and get and extension. We would really recommend the service and will definitely be using them again! This was a relatively trouble free process and when I had trouble accessing the software it was nice to be able to go into the office and talk to the solicitor face to face and sign the documents.
