It's very difficult to write something as mere words can't express my gratitute towards the company and the staff that I have had the good fortune to have dealt with. I and my family have been booking our Florida vacations through Ocean Florida for the past 7 years. We have been blessed to have gone on 5 occassions during that period.Our first time was when we were staying at a Hotel that left nothing positive, it was a Hotel that we chose so no reflection on the company. within 2 days of our stay I contacted Samantha Colli at customer support and explained the sittuation, within an hour she had arranged for us to be relocated to a much nicer Hotel at no increase in cost. I have had no reason why I should book with any other operator even though at times the price on offer was slightly lower from competitors. The important part of anything is the service you receive and the personal attention that is afforded to a client. I would like to mention by name the few people that I have had dealings with and give them the praise and recognition that they deserve, they are Anthony Lynch, Samantha Colli and Tessa. my final word is that for those that are looking to be treated respectfully with courtesy and proffesionalism then look no further than Ocean Florida Holidays. When booking my holiday, we spoke with someone called Darren, I would like to say his customer service and answering any query was 10 out of 10 he went above and beyond with everything including stuff that doesn’t really include with booking a holidays, visa, etc, etc. I would recommend if anyone is looking to book to Florida, especially to Disney World. Great deal and great staff! Thanks again Darren you are fantastic

from start to finish the customer service was brilliant, all questions answered. we have just arrived back from Florida and we had no issues, the hire car company did try to get us to upgrade(which was explained to me this may happen and to be vigilant) but I kindly refused, I would rate this company more if I could. phenomenal experience and best holiday I've ever been on, zero stress as this was all booked and advised through ocean Florida.

After what started out as a really positive experience during the booking process, which is to be expected as they want you to book so they can take your money as turned into a nightmare.

Admittedly the issue has not been created by ocean Florida, however it has been created by the companies that they recommend so therefore I am holding them responsible.

Dollar car hire lied, provided us with a car that was not suitable for our family and I needed to pay for an upgrade on arrival. When I spoke with ocean Florida they confirmed that I was upsold and got me a refund.

Dollar have since charged my credit card another amount and only provided a partial refund and requesting further proof of payment, so after charging us, refunding us and charging us again they are claiming that it never happened.

I have no contacted my credit card company and put a stop to Dollar charging my card again and this is completely ridiculous and just a clear violation of consumer rights.
While in destination the pool at the villa had a huge leak in it which resulted in us having to constantly top up the pool, this meant a huge hose pipe running across the path providing a trip hazard which my child did trip over at one point. Again no direct connection to ocean Florida however this is one of the villas they use and recommend so there choice in partnerships is clearly compromised.

While ocean Florida have been responsive I have now hit a wall with them. While this is a shame as we were looking to book again with them we will be going elsewhere.

I made an initial enquiry on Saturday, i was called on Sunday morning by Ricky, he was so lovely and supportive and then sent me a personalised email of the discussion we had. I felt like we had brilliant customer service and that we were a valued customer. I was able to call him directly today to complete our booking and again he was very supportive especially with having additional needs including anxiety. I would certainly advise others to use this service and hopefully speak with him!

These people are lovely and understanding l . I did a quote online just to have a look and got a phonecall and emails after so they could get an idea on specifics to get a good quote xx unfortunately I only went on to have a quote for after mat leave but when it becomes more realistic I’m sure I will be back

Neil helped us book our holiday to USA and Canada with ease. He made sure our requirements were met and was very reassuring. This is our first time using Ocean Florida and will 100% use them again. Thanks Neil for being so friendly and overall fantastic service. Looking forward to our holiday!

We travelled with Ocean holidays to the West Coast USA. Booking was really easy.
They picked the route and the hotels but we could change that if needed. Great choices and only one hiccup on the car booking that they sorted straight away. Great customer service.
Really good information prior to going and would highly recommend travelling with them.

Really disappointed with this company. Booked with them for a second occasion after a successful first experience two years ago. We are travelling to Florida with them in October and recently called to book additional tickets to a Mickey Halloween event.

To put it simply they overcharged us for the tickets.

Queried this and the customer service response from Sam was pompous and so very unhelpful. Basically they hid behind language that was so open to interpretation to rip me off. They sold the tickets at an inflated rate, made the T&Cs so unclear and when you call this out, you receive a patronising attitude. As an example Sam said she investigated my complaint and that “she was neutral” in deciding that the company had done no wrong. Really? You work for Ocean Florida and have decided that Ocean Florida had done no wrong. How very neutral of you!

My lessons gained is never to book with them again.

Good until there is a problem and then the customer service is so difficult.

As always it’s about the definition of ‘correct information’ When you make the information supplied so open to any interpretation, it’s not helpful at all.

For a company to trumpet one of your values as ‘do the right thing’ is outrageously hypocritical. You have repeatedly failed to do the right thing here. Hiding behind nonsense and then offering insulting, patronising responses….’oh we are neutral” is beyond astonishing.

Ocean Florida have no values and are wholly untrustworthy. Can I just suggest the following re-working of your mission….
1. Strive to be the slippiest and most deceitful
2. Ignore what’s fair if it hurts profits
3. Do whatever benefits us most

We booked a holiday this week for Florida in August 2027 with Ricky Cooper at Ocean Florida. Ricky was brilliant and everything we asked for he has met. We will look to add on as well later in the year to our booking and will do so with Ricky as his service has been top quality.

Well what can I say apart from what a absolute brilliant company Ocean Florida has been in booking our family holiday, from the first point of contact from a guy called Neil who listened to our needs and put together some packages for me to view, the level of service was top notch with prompt callbacks and had all the answers to all my questions, once the holiday was booked I had the a lady called Charlotte Kavanagh take over from Neil to deal with all the aftersale arrangements and the level of service was spot on, everything I wanted to do, this lady made it happen with excellent communication via phone and emails, if anyone is looking to go to Florida I recommend this Company, the whole family is buzzing about the trip and I must admit it's down to Ocean Florida that made this life time trip possible.
