We just booked our 2. Holiday with Ocean Florida and we booked both times through Ricky! First holiday to Florida for 3 weeks 2 years ago he put a fabulous trip of a lifetime together for us and now it’s a week in NY in Autumn! He’s very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations! Thumbs up and 5 Stars!! Thank you Ocean Florida! I am recommending them to everyone!

Will be our 2nd time using ocean Florida and they’ve made our holiday more enjoyable by removing the stress of booking individually and worrying about things by booking and finding deals for us and being so accomodating and understanding when organising a holiday with send children. There is always clear information on absolutely everything to be able to process and understand everything and the team are very helpful and supportive.

Ocean Florida have been amazing so far. I'm usually very cynical about travel agents but these guys have gone above and beyond at every step of the journey. From getting me numerous quotes for different dates in different years, before we eventually made up our minds, to giving us several options of lovely villas to choose from and then going on to help us with our accessibility booking. They've been amazing and I'll be booking again soon. Lindsey was our accessibility coordinator and she was fantastic, she put my mind at ease about everything we needed to do at the airport and helped me choose different accessibility services that would be useful to us. It was my first time booking this type of help so I had no idea what was even available but Lindsey helped with all of that. We're very excited for our holiday and knowing every detail has been organised is a big weight off my shoulders

This is the second holiday we have had with Ocean Florida.
We have had such a good holiday we were multi generational group but great for us all.
Good communication and being able to book far in advance was great for us.
Lovely villa and in a great spot for the parks and other attractions.

The knowledge of the staff was incredible. They were so accommodating, beat other quotes, were flexible with our needs. Gave us 2 or 3 illustrations to find us the best package not only for our budget but also the needs and desires of our family.

Ocean Florida was recommended to us by our 2 friends who are heading to Orlando this year. Me and my partner are desperate to go so looked to book for 2027. One quick phone call stating exactly what we want in detail and by the end of the day we had a booking. We were welcomed by an incredible advisor named Ian who took every detail we mentioned and presented the best deal for what we wanted. Even when we wanted to change things and see prices for other airports or packages, Ian was quick to reply and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. You get great freebies through ocean Florida and have constant on the go advice and access to the team via phone which is normally so difficult in this day and age. I’m sure I’ll post another review once the holiday has finished!

We have visited the USA and Canada over 30 times.
The best experience was with Ocean in January 2026.
I vowed to use them again for our upcoming holiday to Florida.

Warren dealt with my initial enquiry and was really helpful in finding us a fabulous holiday for an amazing price. I had a few questions to ask and Warren responded very quickly. He was extremely helpful and I know if I have any questions in the future I can reach out to him and get a quick response.

Tom made the process extremely easy. He was very knowledgeable and especially helpful when it came to arranging my partner's accessibilty requirements. We can't wait to go on holiday 😁

I have just come off the phone to Lindsey who is our accessibility coordinator for our upcoming Florida holiday in August. Lindsey was incredibly helpful detailing everything that has been put in place (for our son who struggles to walk long distances) not only at the airport but also when we arrive in Florida .
From the check in process, the airport lounge , priority seating on the plane and the booking of the plane seats for us , Lindsey has ensured that everything will be as smooth as possible for not only our son but as a family as a whole.
I can’t recommend ocean Florida and Lindsey enough if you also need to seek help with accessibility needs for your holiday.

For exactly the same Holiday Package Ocean Florida was £1200 more dearer we have now booked via British Airways Holidays. When I explained to Ross that he was vastly dearer compared to our other quote got the impression that he got the arse that I dared to quote another company he bluntly wanted to kill the call no effort to examine if he could compete with our quote. Was not very impressed with his very unprofessional attitude, considering I was recommended to contact Ocean Florida, never again.
