I was running into some issues.
I was running into some issues, migrating my emails from my exchange on prim to office 365, tech support was there for me, I called them, they were able to give me a solution that worked. I’m very happy with this software, it’s less expensive than most migration programs and it works very well.

Kernal Has a great product and an excellent support team. When I was having problems Importing the converted OST file and viewing it in outlook, they did a Zoom call with me and had me download tools--All of this was for the free version! Their chat is also excellent and very responsive as is their call line. Very rare these days to get multiple ways to access support--all delivering the highest quality. I wish other software companies were this good!

Great Customer Service
I am very software technically savvy (40 years), but I was having an installation problem. I started a chat session and immediately had two engineers on the chat helping me. After a quick Zoon session, it turns out I should have run the installation as the Administrator. All is well and I'm 100% satisfied with the software and the support team.
