Incorrect sizing for petite
I ordered a petite top in a size 8 and despite being labelled as petite, the top is clearly not petite. Next don’t appear to be capable of understanding what petite sizing is. The top was too long and too large around the shoulders. I will be returning this item.

Delivery Date Unreliable
** Update: For some reason the cancellation I requested has disappeared from my account and you still want to deliver the item, which I no longer require. I have requested a cancellation AGAIN today. Kindly leave this in place and refund my account. I have submitted a complaint. From my own past experience, the "we are listening" email address provides no support whatsoever **
Item due to be delivered today but stuck at the warehouse. Cancelled order as not home for delivery tomorrow and can't trust Evri to leave it somewhere safe. Three day wait for account to be credited.
Delivery dates are unreliable.
Customer Service bot is pointless.
