Browsing & ordering online was fairly simple, & I opted for collection at my nearest store, which is always very straightforward & efficient. Items purchased were in good order & the recipients (Christmas gifts) were happy with the quality. Only reasons for four stars & not the full five, would be the lacklustre card & zip-lock plastic packaging of the earrings. And I also miss shopping in the old stores that were closer to home & of which displayed a bigger range of woman’s petite clothing - I am not a fan of ordering clothing online, trying them on at home & then having the faff of returning items that don’t fit & reordering, sometimes more than once.

NEXT made to measure blinds
I ordered made to measure blinds from NEXT. I have ordered made to measure blinds form 2 other companies and measured them exactly the same
Way. NEXT blinds arrived 2 cm short
And their supplier accepted absolutely no responsibility for this. I don’t blame NEXT as their customer service was very good but their supplier let them down. I was offered less than 10% compensation and have been left with blinds that I am very disappointed with after spending nearly £500.

eg Trousers same design and size but different colours the navy will fit but not the black it’s ridiculous I have been a customer for a long time now and over the years I’ve had some lovely top quality clothes dresses trouser suits the quality of those garment out way what you churn out now very disappointing!!

What went right
What went right? Nothing. Spent 5 nights chasing up the parcel. It got cancelled in the end and ordered again, 2nd order was delivered on time then the cancelled order was delivered and I get invoiced for them
