LONG WAIT
Just with my grandaughter who is about to give birth any day soon she was standing at the tills waiting for some time. She decided to approach an assistant whi was filling shelves she asked her for help with the return.... the assistant finished her job and then went to tills to serve her she told her she would be with her now ?????? Disgusted how can yiu treat customers like this ..... VERY UNUSUAL for next we use the CWMBRAN store which is 100% customer service topiary and attention every time come on Spytty get your act together ypu need team training from cwmbran managers

I purchase a lot from next both in store and online. I love the quality and that I can now buy all my clothes in petite sizes which is a god send for me being 4ft 11inches tall. Delivery to my home is usually quick and I would definitely recommend NEXT. Household products are so varied and plentiful with lots of lovely variety and great prices.

I was told that something I ordered…
I was told that something I ordered would be with me today as it had been dispatched yesterday. I got NO messages re said dispatch. Today I have an email saying I have been refunded. Basically fobbed off on the phone refund sent no messages as to why I cannot have the item that my child still wants. Is it in stock? No idea. Not a problem, I will look elsewhere but could have done this earlier and not paid stupid delivery charge as this was the main item we were after. Annoyed.

Good variety of products and mostly of excellent quality. Local store is always clean, tidy and well stocked. Staff are helpful and polite. Recently purchased school trousers are very good value for money , wash well and stay smart. Great options for preferred waist type and style. Online ordering is quick and easy.

Delivery was a let down
Ordered a sofa and I love it. It’s the delivery that was the problem. They dropped the parcel on the road then carried into my room of choice. The dropped the huge box on the floor at the entrance to the room and pushed across the floor scraping it as there was grit stuck to it from when they’d dropped it outside. Why can’t they take better care of customer’s homes
